Diamond Hawkins: main character who is 19 years of age and new at the Westlake college, second year.
Tamina Jones: one of the best friends of Diamond and the only white girl in the whole school;Westlake college,second year and also 19.
Zendaya Fulton: Diamond's best friend who attends the same school and the same year. She's also 19.
Montana Fulton: A sister to Zendaya and a best friend to Diamond. She's the teddy bear of the school(everyone loves her) and the best friend of the most richest and famous boy in school. She's cute and always smiling.She's 18.
Leslie Perkins: the son of a former NBA player now a coach which makes him the famous and richest dude in school. He loves Montana to death just like his sister. He's 20 but a cool and hot guy every college girl would die for.
Wade Keeney: He's the best friend of Leslie and would do anything for him. He's 20 too.
Aleeyah Taylor: the meanest of all who hates Diamond like sick and is bent on trampling on her forever ever. She's in love with Leslie and would do anything to get him. She's 20.
Quad Mcqueen: She's the pet of Aleeyah who supports her evil ways and makes sure she is always watching Aleeyah's back. She's 18.
