13: Breakin' Into Groups

Diamond POV( Jody in MM)

Eastwood college had already arrived so I guess we're gonna be camping with' em. I and the girls picked up our bags but it seem Tamina had trouble taking her suitcases.
"Come on gurls, I need a hand". Tamina pleaded.
"Awww, you should have thought 'bout that before packing the whole world into yo' bags" Montana teased and walked away while Zendaya had already taken the lead.

"Here, lemme help you out"
"You are ma number one daya" I helped her with one of the suitcases as she managed with the other two not until she had help.

Tamina POV

I know am heavy right now, buh I just can't believe the girls ditched except for Diamond as always. She held her bag with mine and I managed the two bags left nah until this guy came along.
"Can I help you out?" He smiled glaring down at me. Now talking '_bout fine, he's one fine ass guy and gurl darn killin' smile and I just stared foolishly.

"I-i... Never mind please... Uh...I can handle it" I stuttered but managed to give away a nervous smile.
"Well am sorry coz I can't stand to see a beautiful girl as you carry such heavy stuffs". He insisted and what he said made blush.

"I'll be..." He interrupted calmly.
"I insist" he smirked and I blushed again. In the end, I handed it over to him as he walked by me carrying both suitcases.
"By the way, am Kendrick buh ma bruhs call me Ken"
"Am Tamina buh ma girls call me Tammy". I replied collecting the suitcases once we reached where the girls were.
"Its been nice meeting yo' beautiful". He winked smiled. My cheeks got fried.

"HEY!" Montana nudged me breaking me outta ma daze.
"Watsup witchu and who the heck is that guy who helped you out?" I giggled taking a quick glance at where he stood with his friends checking me out.
"Hot right, he is Kendrick and probably from Eastwood". I explained smiling shyly.

"Wow! Tammy has just got herself some hot cake. He is fine and I hope his attitude is fine". Montana said.
"Come on it seems the directors are" Zendaya announced as we moved along buh nah before I took a last glance at Ken who winked and blushed stupidly. What is with niggas and winking?

Diamond POV

This guy has absolutely turned Tamina soft coz she can't stop smiling and blushing. I hope this guy isn't some kinda sucker.... Come on Daya, you barely know this guy so why am I comparing him to a sucker like that bloody freak!

"We would like to welcome y'all to Shoal Creek and we hope y'all are gonna enjoy this trip". The camper director brought me back to reality. She was very beautiful and had the best body shape. She being black fitted right with her tanned skin and dark curly hair. She had the perfect smile. She had thick features but she had manage to look more of like 18, 19 years than her mid thirty features which of course I think she is.

"Am Jody and the leader of the directors in this camp. This is David my assistant, Angela, Reginae , Chris and Devlin. We all are the directors here in Shoal Creek camp and we would like to welcome y'all once again." She smiled again giving a little history 'bout the place.

"Here at Shoal Creek, we are blessed with large wooded sites as well as a beautiful lake , front sites with tables, fire rings and grills nah forgetting a boat ramp. In shoal creek, we've got cabins which is occupied by six people in a group and never worry abou' being packed in the cabins because it spacious." She went on giving out details abou' the camping.

I was fully paying attention nah until I felt some heavy stare behind me. I turned and caught Leslie staring. He smiled and waved at me. I smiled and wanted to wave back buh not until I saw Aleeyah and Quad's hardened look. I swear the shivers it gave. I quickly turned away in fear.

"For now, y'all are tired so you can go choose any cabin you want with your friends but as for tomorrow, we get started on business buh firstly we gonna break into groups." My heart missed a bit and sweat broke on my brows. The girls saw my little panick. Zenny and Tana held my hands and Tammy gave me an encouraging pat. I smiled a little. Am glad am here with them and I so freaking hope we end up in the same group.
