Abby’s Point of View
It’s been a week since Oli and I got home from camping and today is the grand opening of my café! I’m so excited and Oli is going to come with me just in case something goes wrong, because with my luck everything will go wrong. I grabbed my clothes and went into Oli’s washroom, I had picked out a blue tank top and black leather pants. I put on my clothes then put on my new black low cut boots with bows on them; along with a black hair bow. I neatly did my makeup, put on lipstick, and straightened my hair. I silently walked back into Oli’s room and slipped on my bracelets and ‘Love’ ring. “Oli, we have to get going.” I said whilst knocking softly on Oli’s office door. He had been in there a lot lately; I guess he’s just trying to finish the album. I sighed and grabbed my keys before going down to wait at the car. I waited five minutes before Oli emerged from the red brick building. “Hey beautiful.” He said and kissed my cheek, causing me to blush. “Hey Babe.” I said and kissed the tip of his nose before getting ion the car.
We arrived at the café and there were a few cars already in the parking lot, probably the employees. We all got inside and they all took a set. “Okay guys, today is the day; our first day in business. Let’s make it a good one. Remember, smiles and please be polite. Good luck!” I said and they all smiled and took their positions at the counter or in the kitchen. I flipped the sign to Open and not a minute later people began filing into the café. Oli was sitting on the couch and playing on his laptop because we have wifi here; this is going to be fun. People were ordering things out of the cases, breakfast foods from the kitchen, and coffee. I couldn’t be more proud. I was just walking around talking to people when the bell rang and I turned to greet the new customer. “Hello, welcome to-“ I was cut off. “Abby!” he exclaimed. Oh shit.
