I woke up on a Saturday morning and the first thing I did was check my phone. I've been texting Grayson for the past two weeks now and, I really want to meet him. I'm just really worried.
What if he's not who he says he is?
What if he is real, but he thinks I'm ugly or something?

G: I'm in your city for the weekend and I wanted to know if you wanted to go on a date with me...

T: I have to check on my other hoes 😋

G: but seriously I really want to take you out some place

I roll out of my bed and make my way to my bathroom. I look at myself in the mirror and think about Grayson.
What if he rejects me in the worst way possible?
I really care about what he think of me, and about if his opinion will change when he meets me.
I'm honestly thinking about backing out, but I stare at my phone and realize that it's too late now.
I turn on the hot water, and slowly start to undress myself.

I flat iron my hair and brush it out. I do my makeup and take one final look at myself.
"You can do this, Tyla. Cause you slay." I snap my fingers(do your step you can do it all by your self!!)and walk out of my apartment.
I walk to the elevator and press the button that leads to the parking garage. I start my car and plug my phone into the aux cord. I put on my seatbelt, cause safety first and pick out a song.
"Deserve It" by Big Sean starts to fill my ears.

I pull into the parking lot of Starbucks and turn my car off. I sit in my car, not wanting to get out.
I finally gain the balls to pull myself together and walk into the coffee shop.
I look around, to see if Grayson was already there.
My eyes stop at an older man. He had snow white hair and pink blotchy skin. He stares at me and smiles.
