~Emma's P.O.V~
Everything went white. My legs feel like jello,and my head is spinning. I don't want to believe,that's why he's in this asylum, but he did say everyone's here for a reason. Grayson is the nicest person I've meet in a while. I guess it is the nice ones you have to look out for. 13 is a lot of people,but maybe it was a misunderstanding or maybe I am making excuses for a serial killer. He just stood there. His face towards the wall,and his fist balled up. I want to talk to him,but I afraid of what he might do next.
I slowly walk to him,and puut my right hand on his left shoulder. He jumps a liitle,at the sudden sense of touch. His head is down,like felt like he was the worst person in the world. I mean who wouldn't if they killed 13 people.
"Gray, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked." I say.
He turns around and looks at me.
"It's fine. I don't blame you for your curiosity." He says.
"What happened?" I ask.
"I was crazy. I still am. I thought that my actions wouldn't have consequences. I killed innocent people just for the fun of it. I even killed my own twin brother. That's why my family dumped me in this shit hole." He says.
"Why did you kill your brother?"
He sits down on his bed and I sit next to him.
"Everyone thought that he was the"Golden Twin". Whenever he came around no one would think twice about me. It aggrevated me so much, to the point where I just couldn't take it anymore and I snapped. That one night ruined my life. It ruined me as a person. I was with my girlfriend at the time and she was the first one I killed,along with the rest of her family. Then, I killed some people that were nearby,for no reason. I made it home but I was still angry, so I killed Ethan. My mom walked in on me, and told me she wished that I was never born. After that I went on trial and they sent me here." He says.
A tear slides down his face.
"I didn't mean to hurt him. I didn't mean to hurt anybody." He sobs.
I feel bad. I didn't know that he was going to cry. I've only seen the tough side of him, so this is all new for me.
"It okay. Maybe this all happened for a reason." I say.
"What's the reason?"
"To bring you to me." I say.
He lifts his head.
"Why are you here,Em?" He asks.
I sit up to straighten my back and huff.
"The same thing you're here for. I only did less people." I say.
"Why did you do it?"
"I was the school's freak and everyone used to make fun of me. No one ever got to me except this one girl. Priscilla. She was the popular girl. She tormented me everyday,and just like you I snapped. I dis membered her body,and I almost got away with it but they found her phone in my car." I say.
We sit in silence.
"We're pretty fucked up, if you ask me." Grayson says.
I chuckle and get up to sit on my bed.
Maybe we are psycopaths, but that's why we get along.
"I want to get out of here tonight." He says.
"I do too,but how?" I ask.
"They're playing a movie tonight. We can sneak out then. No on would even notice that we're missing."
"That's a great plan." I say.
This is going to be one hell of a movie night.
