~Leila's P.O.V.~
I unlock the front door,with the papers that held the truth. I didn't want to do this,but he's made it so hard for me to forgive him. I know he loves her,so this is me giving them my blessing. I walk into the house to see Ethan sitting at the kitchen counter. A smile appears on my face. I still love him,without a doubt,but he loves someone else. My heart is beating fast,as ever. He sees me and smiles. He walks over to me and kisses my cheek. Here goes my everything.
"Hey,baby." He says.
"Hi, Ethan." I say.
"What's wrong?" He asks.
I bring him to sit down with me,at the kitchen island.
"What's going on,Leila?" He asks.
"Ethan you know that I love you ,right?" I ask.
He nods his head.
"I don't want to this,but here." I hand him the orange envelope.
He has a smile on his face,but his smile soon drop when he comes to the realization of what the papers represent.
"What the hell is this?" He asks.
"They're divorce papers." I huff.
"Leila,I'm sorry. We can fix this." He says.
"No we can't. You love her,and I know that now." I say.
"Please, I love you. You are my one true love,Leila." He says.
"They say true love is the greatest weapon to win the war that's caused by pain,and nothing real can be threatened. Our love failed. Maybe it was for the best." I say.
A tear slides down his face,but I continue to keep my composure.
"Please,baby. Give me another chance to show you that I can change." He says.
"Babe,even if I wanted to give you another chance, I can't trust you." I say.
I take off my wedding ring and hand it to him.
"What about us? What about the baby?" He asks.
"I've got to move on and be who I am. I hope you understand." I say.

"You won't ever find anyone like me." He says.
I really can't believe how fast he can switch tones. I really don't know what's going on with him at this point.
"I don't have to be here right now. I'm here because I care enough about not to let some lawyer serve you these. You're angry at me,but you caused this. You cheated and these are your consequences. You can watch my ass twist,as I bounce to the next dick." I say.
His face is now stained red.
"Sign the papers."

3 Years Later
I pull in the driveway,and see him standing outside. He smiles when he sees me and waves. I wave back and turn the car off. I get out and he comes running towards me. He hugs me tightly and I do the same.
"Hi,how are you?" I ask him.
"I'm good,mommy. I missed you." He says.
"I missed you too,Ollie." I say.
I pick him up and he hugs me tighter.
"Where's your dad?" I ask.
"He's with Uncle Gray." He says.
"Okay. You ready to go?" I ask.
He nods his head,and we walk to the car. I open the door and put him in his car seat. I buckle the seat belt and close the door. I walk around to the driver side and open the door. I start to get in,but someone stops me. I see Ethan.
"Hey." He says.
"Hi. How are you?" I ask.
"I'm good. How are you and Nate doing. I heard about the engagement." He says.
"We're good. How are you and Rebecca?"I ask.
"We're good." He says.
He smiles at me.
"What?" I ask.
"Nothing,it's just really good to see you." He says.
"It's good to see you too." I say.
I hug him,and we say our goodbyes. I still wonder about us,and I know I made the right choice.
