I turn the car off,as the garage door closes. My day was horrible,and to top it off, Ethan hasn't spoken to me ever since our argument in my office this morning. Maybe I was a little harsh,but I have had enough of his constant lies. I just let out all of my emotions, that have been bottled up for so long. I wouldn't have snapped on him that much if I didn't love him,and usually I'm a very chill person,but it was me yelling was in the heat of the moment. I love him,and I don't want him to ignore me all the time.
I walk into my house and the door closes behind me. I take my heels off,and exchange them for my,more comfortable,slippers.

I go to the kitchen and fix myself a glass of water because after today I needed one. I down that one and pour myself another one(dj khaled af). I drink it slowly and pick up my phone. I call the one person I know that would make me happy right now. The phone rings three times,before she answers.
"Hey,Leila." She says.
"Hey,Corine." I say.
Corine has been my best friend since elementary,and honestly she's more like a sister to me. Me and her have been through everything together,so I know she'll always have my back.
"Hey.What's up?" She asks.
"Etha-" She cuts me off.
"Dump him." She says.
"Ri, it's not that easy. I've been with him since middle school. Everyone can't have a marriage as perfect as you and Grayson." I say.
"I know, but if he continuously hurts you,the why do you stay with him?"
"I love him,and I don't want to lose my pride,but I swear I'll fuck me up a bitch." I say.
"You're crazy." She says.
"And that's why you love me."
"True,but why do think he doesn't these things to you?" She asks.
"I don't know. I always keep it sexy and I know I keep it fun. It's something that I'm missing,maybe my head for one." I say.
I hear the door open and close. I already know,that it's Ethan.
"Hey,Ri. I gotta go. I'll call you later." I say.
"Alright,but I'm going clubbing later tonight. You wanna join me?" She asks.
"Yeah."
"Great. I call you at around 8." She says.
"Okay." I say.
I hang up the phone and Ethan walks in. He goes to the refrigerator,and takes out a bottle of water. He opens the top and and brings the plastic bottle up to his lips. His are locked with mine as he chugs the water down. He stops when the bottle is halfway empty and places it down on the counter.
