Unexpected

Chapter 15

Next day...

I woke up early. After last night I hadn't slept very well as I was thinking about what happened between Cory and I. It was an amazing night last night. Cory and I got engaged and we had a lovely meal together but then as soon as we got to the bedroom and it was the best experience ever. It felt much more special than the first time we slept together.

Cory was still asleep in bed so I slowly got out of the bed and went to the en suite bathroom. My feet began moving and I found myself walking towards the nursery. I sat down on in the rocking chair and smiled. I wished I could remember how my Dad used to rock me in this when I was a baby.

One thing I wished was that my Dad was here to see this. He died on duty. My Dad was a Police Officer who was attending to a robbery however nobody informed him it was an armed robbery and he ended up being killed.

I don't know how long I was sat in the chair for but I saw Cory walking in "Morning," he whispered to me.

"Morning,"

"You okay?"

"Perfect. Last night was amazing. We're getting married, we had sex for the first time since I got pregnant and it was just so special,"

"Yeah the sex was great,"

"Now I'm starving,"

"Now let me take you out for breakfast,"

"Can we take a shower first?"

"I'd like that,"

Cory helped me out the chair and we walked to our bedroom. Our bedroom it felt good saying that. I just hoped Cory still wanted to move in now we were engaged. We walked into the bedroom and then reached the bathroom. I walked in and put the shower on to warm up. I stripped off and got into the shower. Cory joined me and smiled "So you don't regret getting engaged last night?"

"No. It was one of the most best decisions I've made,"

"Do you still want me to move in?"

"Of course I do. I want you here all the time with me and our baby,"

"Then by the end of this weekend I promise you that I'll be here permanently. I'll sell my house and then we have some money to get some more baby stuff,"

"You know what. You are going to be an amazing Dad,"

"And you'll be an amazing Mum,"

I leant forward and kissed him softly. We kissed for a while till I pulled away eeding to breath.

I then deicided to kiss Cory's shoulder and he smiled "You know don't start something if you cant finish it,"

"Who's says I wont finish?"

"Because you're starving. I can't deny my two babies of food,"

"Yeah true,"

"We better quickly shower then,"

He washed my hair for me and then we got out and got changed. I was glad that this weekend I had off because it gave us both the chance to see Emma and also for us both to tell her properly that we would except our role's of Godparents to Mia and Joshua.

Both of us had got out the shower and we were now dressed and ready to go to Emma's. Cory and I got in the car and then he drove us. All the way to Emma's I could feel the baby moving around. Cory caught me smiling and then chucked "Something you want to share?" he asked.

"The baby is moving around,"

"Magical,"

"It truly is,"
