Nikashi's POV
Nagising ako sa isang lugar na medyo madilim at parang may baha dito.
I wonder where I am?
Tinignan ko ang buong lugar at nakakita ako ng malalaking rehas. There was a parchment of paper that said "seal" (封), which covered the lock of the cage. I felt my eyes widened when I remembered where I saw this place.
Could it mean.....?
I walked closer to the cage. I think my eyes twinkled out of excitement and amazement when a pair of huge red eyes emerged from the dark.
"Kurama." I breathe out as a massive fox stepped out of the dark revealing its brown fur and massive nine tails behind him, making me feel like I was small as an ant.
"You seem enthusiastic to see me." His deep brown voice resonated in the place. Its deepness has some rasp in it, having a sinister effect. And yet, I wasn't all that afraid.
I grinned at him. "I'm just excited and you must know why. Being contained within me must've shown you some of the things I've seen."
He huffed in reply. "You're not wrong."
I tilted my head to the side when I noticed his calmness around me. "Can I just point out how oddly civil you are towards me?"
A sigh escaped his snout. Unintentionally baring his fangs as he smirked. "If you want me to act aggressively towards you all you had to do was ask."
I sweatdropped. Who knew Kurama was this sassy? "I was just not expecting this. Being trapped inside me must've at least made you angry."
"I was at first." He admitted before shrugging. He then rested his furry cheek on his right hand seeming used to the situation. "But then it's not my nature."
I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. "What do you mean it's not your nature? Have you even seen yourself in the anime I've watched in the other dimension?"
"You only saw my other half that was contained inside your brother." He pointed out. Seeing as I was still confused, he continued explaining. "When your father split me in half, he unintentionally divided my personality as well between my two halves."
I looked at him in awe. "Wow, this is the first time I'm hearing this. Go on."
He rolled his eyes at my curiosity but continued nonetheless. "I'm Yin Kurama which means I am a lot more calm and level-headed than that Yang Kurama which is contained inside your brother."
"So you're not at all violent like Yang Kurama?" I inquired.
He shrugged. "I am only violent when needed."
"And does that need include when I will open this cage?" I asked warily.
His tails swished back and forth as he stared at the metal bars in front of him in distaste. "I've always hated this cage ever since I was contained here thirteen years ago. There's no need to be violent about that."
"Really?" I asked in surprise. "Even if by opening this cage I would be able to use your chakra?"
He shrugged. "I don't mind really. Based on what I saw on what's about to come, you're gonna need it. And besides, it's been untouched for awhile. Using it will give me the chance to exercise. I've been rusting here for far too long. I need to let this out once in a while."
A realization suddenly hit me. I remembered Naruto was only able to meet Mama when he was fighting off Kurama. She helped and supported him during that fight. So if I won't fight Kurama, then does that mean that I won't be able to meet my mom?
