(45) Pein's Assault - part 2

3rd Person's POV

"Reinforcement na naman?" Pein emotionlessly stated.

The survivor didn't answer as she kept on glaring at the Akatsuki member.

Naruto looked at the survivor in astonishment and concern. He's surprised that she came to help him but he's also afraid that Pein would hurt her the same way he did with Hinata. "Please umalis na kayo habang pwede pa." He pleaded both female.

Hinata looked at her greatest love with concern while the survivor just scoffed in response. "As if we'd listen to you." She emotionlessly stated before she sprung to attack.

Pein held his hand out. "Almighty push!" He chanted before a wave of energy was released from his hand to blast the survivor away. Seeing this, the survivor let go of the seal of the kunai behind Pein.

Pein's eyes widened in surprise that she was able to dodge his attack. He immediately turned around to deflect the kunai that's supposed to stab him. They both engaged into a taijutsu fight for five seconds before Pein used his almighty push to blast her away.

She got thrown for a couple of feet before she flipped in the air and managed to land on the ground in all fours like a cat. She skidded for a few feet before she stopped just behind Hinata.

"Okay ka lang?!" Naruto worriedly called.

She hummed in response before she put her hand on Hinata's shoulder for support. Hinata didn't mind it. She let her pulled herself up with her shoulder for support. Little did she know, the survivor put a seal on her.

She immediately attacked again, taking advantage of the five seconds cool down of Pein's jutsu. She created a few hand seals before earth spikes rose from the ground. The earth spikes approached Pein at immense speed as she motioned her hands towards him. He did his best to evade every single one of them. Taking advantage of his distracted state, she jumped up and lightning formed on one of her hands.

After Pein disintegrated the last spike, she immediately free fall at immense speed with her lightning covered hand aimed towards him. Since the five second cooldown is up, Pein used his almighty push once again in attempt to blast her away but she disappeared right before his very eyes only to see her once again in front of him, ready to thrust her hand on his chest. Pein's eyes widened for a split second before his reflex told him to jump from harm's way.

Naruto and Hinata watched in awe as the survivor equally matched Pein. They were amazed at how she can use different types of chakra nature, for it is rare to have more than two of those. They witnessed her use lightning, earth and fire. They won't be surprised if she's able to use wind and water as well.

The sound of metals clanking resonated in the air as Pein's chakra rod and the survivor's kunai battled for domination. The survivor struggled as Pein pushed further. She's gotta admit, Pein is stronger than her physically. When she noticed something shifted in the air, she smirked behind her mask and then she swiftly tripped Pein with her feet before she kicked him up in the air.

As Pein hovered in the air for a split second, he immediately threw a chakra rod towards a certain direction because he saw someone about to slice him with a katana. That said person evaded the chakra rod the last second before he spit out a massive ball of fire towards Pein. The ball of fire exploded as it came contact with Pein.

Naruto's eyes widened when he saw his brother in bond landed a few feet away from them. "S-Sasuke." He muttered as he took in the sight of blood trailing down one of the Uchiha's eyes due to his usage of susanoo earlier. He also noticed the different pattern in Sasuke's usual sharingan. It looked weird and obviously a lot powerful than his usual ones.
