Naruto's twin sister

3rd Person's POV

Loud booms and crashes were heard as Sasuke and Naruto battled Obito with all their might.

Sasuke was still encased in his purple susanoo, decorated with Jugo's curse mark. While Naruto was in his Kurama mode combined with his sage mode.

However, the loud noises were tuned out with Naruto's thoughts. His will was so strong that he invaded Ino's jutsu.

All of the people in the field saw how Naruto grew up alone. Being secluded by the very village he called home because of something out of his control. However, he didn't let that get to him. He strived hard to prove to everyone that they were wrong to judge him.

He lived a very lonely life while growing up. However, that all changed when he saw a redheaded girl sleeping alone in an alleyway.

A smile graced Nikashi's lips when she saw the happy memories Naruto had with her. 

Naruto's memories told all of them that his life changed when Nikashi came. They all saw the both of them bonded and grew close to the point that they considered each other as actual siblings.

Afterwards, Naruto gained some friends along the way. Friends that he now considers as family.

As his life was going well, Nikashi suddenly fled the village, claiming that she really didn't want to waste her time with such a weak village.

However, they all felt and heard Naruto's thoughts that he never believed any of her claims. He always believed that she must have a reason to leave.

So he strived hard to bring her back.

Everyone in the field gained back the chakra cloak Naruto gave them. They all looked down at their bodies, surprised that they were once again encased with it.

Naruto's friends watched the blonde and the ravenette still exchanging powerful blows with Obito.

"He's not doing this on purpose." Neji said as he watched the chakra cloak enveloping him. "He's unconsciously protecting all of us." He observed which didn't go unheard by Hinata.

"Naruto-kun." Hinata worriedly muttered as her eyes never left the striving Uzumaki.

Everyone saw the challenges Naruto encountered throughout the years. Even if it seemed impossible, he still persisted. He shed blood, sweat, and tears just to overcome every hurdle that came his way.

And then the war started. He lost a lot of people along the way.

Nikashi felt her eyes water when she saw the memory of Jiraiya sharing a twin popsicle with Naruto. Despite briefly seeing him in the afterlife when she died during Pein's assault, she still misses him.

Despite all his loses, he still pushes forward. He didn't want to have any regrets. He didn't want to put the sacrifices made along the way to be in vain. 

Wanting to add a little more push, Nikashi invaded Ino's jutsu.

"Everyone." Nikashi started, talking to everyone mentally. 

Gaara perked up after hearing Nikashi's voice inside his head as he and the other current kages are approaching the battlefield.

"I know what you all feel right now. I know you're afraid and feel like everything has lost its hope. Believe me or not, I understand you because I felt the same way before." She revealed.

They all saw how she broke down on Jiraiya's chest when the guilt of having to hurt and betray her friends drowned her. She crumbled down at the huge responsibility placed on her shoulders at the tender age of fourteen . She felt lost and defeated. Defeated by the inevitable things she has to do to save everyone.
