(50) Five Kage Summit

3rd Person's POV

Naruto, Kakashi and Yamato all stayed at an inn after Naruto failed to convince the Raikage to forgive Nikashi.

Naruto stared at the snow filled ground just outside the inn as a distraught expression never left his face. All of his thoughts were all mainly about his twin sister. He doesn't know what to do next to ensure her safety now that the Raikage was so keen on convincing the other kages to condemn her.

A little bit of relief washed over him when he remembered how keen Gaara in saving his sister. He even wanted to leave his Kazekage duties just to save her if he didn't turn down his and Sasuke's idea. Naruto just hopes that Gaara would be enough to convince the other kages that his sister is merely being used as a weapon.

"Ano nang gagawin natin ngayon?" Yamato asked to no one in particular as he leaned on the wooden wall.

The gravity defying haired jounin crossed his arms in front of his chest before he leaned on the table. He momentarily glanced at his blond haired student before he sighed. "I guess kelangan nating bumalik ng Konoha at magformulate ng matibay na plano."

Naruto didn't react to their conversation, he just keeps on staring outside the inn through the window with nothing else inside his head but the safety of his sister.

"Naruto Uzumaki." A deep voice suddenly said which made all three of them engage in battle stances.

Kakashi and Yamato immediately made their respective jutsus to restrain the akatsuki member who's wearing an orange swirling mask. However, the akatsuki member didn't seem fazed by their attempt of restraining him. He just chuckled at them as if mocking them. "Don't worry, I only came here to talk." He calmly said, not moving an inch from his position.

"Anong kailangan mo Madara?" Kakashi glared at the akatsuki member.

Madara deeply chuckled. "Gusto ko lang ipaalam sa inyo ang ginawa ko kay Nikashi Namikaze." He informed with a menacing smirk behind his mask.

Naruto glared at him after Madara mentioned his sister. "Anong ginawa mo sa kanya?" he snarled.

The masked ninja stared at him for a few moments, as if taunting him.

Team Taka found themselves in the middle of an intersection inside the place where the kage summit is being held.

"Karin." Nikashi emotionlessly stated as if demanding her teammate to tell her which way the summit is being held.

Karin exchanged a glance with Suigetsu and Jugo. "Is this really necessary?" she asked her distant cousin with a worried look. In reality, she's had enough of watching her cousin being controlled by someone even if she knows this is bound to happen.

Nikashi glared at her with so much distaste. "Danzo is the reason why I lost my family. Kailangan niyang mamatay." she seethed.

Karin frowned after seeing how twisted Obito planted inside her head. "Walang kinalama--"

"Karin." Suigetsu interjected while shaking his head as if telling Karin to not tell Nikashi anything. "Sabihin mo na kung saang banda nagaganap ang kage summit."

Jugo frowned at their situation.

Karin let out a frustrated sigh.

Nikashi raised an eyebrow. "Well?" She asked impatiently.

"That way." Karin defeatedly said while pointing at the hallway to their right.

The violet-eyed female glared at that direction. "Let's go." She said before all of them walked towards the hallway.
