(36) WTH was that?!

Nikashi's POV

I sighed contently with a small smile while travelling towards Orochimaru's hideout. Ansarap pala sa feeling na nagtagumpay ka sa plano mo. Medyo mahirap siya pero at least nagawa ko. Hindi nga lang perpekto pero at least naligtas ko si Asuma. He still gets to see his daughter and Kurenai. Malay mo magpakasal na sila and then mamumuhay sila ng maligaya.

"Parang fantasy lang ah." Yin interrupted.

"Come to think of it parang fantasy nga siya Yin. Malayo siya sa dapat sanang mangyari, di ba?" I said to him inside my head.

Yin grunted. "Sarcastic sana yun pero sineryoso mo."

"Well wala ka nang magagawa jan."

He sighed but chose not to answer. I mentally chuckled. Sa loob ng tatlong taon, natutunan ko nang sagutin ang mga remarks niya. Baka sa susunod niyan ako na ang mambabara sa kanya.

"Don't get ahead of yourself kid. Mas nabuhay ako ng matagal kesa sayo kaya hinding-hindi yun mangyayari."

And there he goes, he used the mas-matanda-ako-sayo-kaya-mas-matalino-ako card again.

"Totoo naman."

"Suuuuure."

Once Orochimaru's hideout came to view, I sped up my pace. Without a second, I reached the door of Orochimaru's hideout hidden by a genjutsu. Sa unang tingin, hinding-hindi mo makikita ang pinto unless you perform a certain jutsu. I performed a series of handsigns then my hand glowed violet. I put my hand on the 'rock'. Then the rock then turned into a door. I pushed it open then I closed it immediately once I was inside.

As I walked in the dark hallway, I felt a certain chakra that made me freeze.

"Ngayon ba yun?" Tanong ni Yin na may halong gulat.

Once Yin said that, I dashed towards the source of the chakra quietly. I stopped at a distance where I could hear their voices. Medyo malayo ako sa kwarto actually but I can still hear them talking with the use of Kabuto's experiment.

"It's been 3 years simula nung forest of death." I heard Kabuto say.

I heard Orochimaru coughed weakly. "Nung una si Sasuke ang kelangan ko but nung makita ko ang lakas ni Nikashi nung final rounds ng chunin exams, dun nagbago ang isip ko. Even without the sharingan. But it still worked out in the end."

Kabuto hummed in reply. "Who knew her body would accept the sharingan? To think isa siyang Uzumaki."

Orochimaru coughed wildly. "Orochimaru-sama!" Kabuto worriedly exclaimed. The coughing fit slowly subsided.

I heard Orochimaru's ragged breathing. "Okay lang ako. Malapit ko nang makuha ang katawan niya. Malapit na ang rebirth ko. I feel wonderful." He said before he coughed again.

"Ihahanda ko lang ang gamot mo." I heard Kabuto said before I heard footsteps going towards the door. I immediately masked my chakra para hindi niya ako makita. Kabuto stepped out of the door before he closed it again. He walked away from Orochimaru's room with a tray of medicine on his hands.

I mentally sighed heavily. Bakit nakalimutan ko na ngayon pala yun?

"Kung palagi mong kakalimutan ang mangyayari bata, hindi yun mabuti para sa kinabukasan ng ninja world." Yin told me.

I mentally sighed. "I know." Then I looked at Orochimaru's door with a determined expression. "Tulungan mo ako dito Yin."

Yin grunted. "Tinatanong pa ba yan?" he then smirked. "And besides, gusto ko makabawi sa ahas na yan."
