They managed to sneak out of the building, avoiding any soldiers and infected. Emma had no idea where they were going, but she didn't care. She had her best friend back.
"Hurry." Regina says as she notices the headlights of a car coming towards them. They ran down the street until Regina stopped. "Up here." She says before climbing up through a window, Emma following and landing on her feet inside the building, just as the car drove past.
Emma looks up at the window as both herself and Regina catch their breaths.
"Oh man." Regina chuckles. "That was close huh?"
Emma gives her a dirty look but Regina chooses to ignore it.
"You're kind of fast there." She says changing the subject. "I'm impressed."
"Thanks." Emma replies.
"Well come on." Regina says walking backwards. "Up we go." She turns the other way and turns her flashlight on, that is clipped on to her backpack strap.
Emma jogs behind her and does the same.
"So how did you find them?" Emma asks.
"The Fireflies?" Regina asks jogging up some stairs.
"Yeah." Emma answers as she slows her pace on the stairs.
"Remember that Firefly, that you bit and stole his gun?" Regina asks laughing slightly at the memory.
"Yeah I remember him." Emma replies a little annoyed as she reached the top of the stairs and continued to follow Regina.
"That's Robin. I saw him walking down the street so I tailed his ass. I follow him into this alley and all these Fireflies ambush me. They took me right to their hideout. To Snow."
"Were you scared?" Emma asks as they go through what used to be someone's home.
"Terrified. I thought this time she would actually shoot me. But instead she just says "What took you so long?"
She was expecting me."
"And she just made you a Firefly?" Emma asks as she goes over to the table and sees a Wanted poster of Snow, with 'Hero' written in black marker pen over the word 'Wanted'.
"Something like that." Regina says as she waits for Emma. "That almost killing me thing. It was a test. She wanted to know if I was commited."
"Oh."
"C'mon." Regina says jogging into the next room. "We're making good time."
Emma followed and they climbed up on to a fallen wardrobe and they climbed up to the next floor. They ceiling had caved in so it was a quicker way to go.
"Who do you hang out with these days?" Regina asked as she shuffled across to the other side on the very thin ledge.
"I don't know. No one really." Emma says as she follows Regina, her back pressed against the wall as she shuffled across, she was a little scared she would fall.
"What about Killian and the rest of the guys? How are they doin'?" Regina asks as she waits for Emma on the other side.
"Regina, those are your friends." Emma says as she reaches the other side.
"But you talk to them." Regina says as she jogs away and jumps over a fallen down wall.
"Yeah, I guess." Emma says as follows Regina and jumps over the wall.
They look around the room, looking for anything they need. Food, ammo, water things like that.
When they feel like they've searched enough, they walk through the room unitl they reach the way out to the next room. Emma continues to look around and she notices something on the wall. It's the Firefly tag.
