I'm jealous
Emma hated it when they went out together, and both women and men looked at Regina. She hated how they would look her up and down. She hated when Regina would smile at them and then talk to them if they approached her. They were only trying to climb into bed with her and it made Emma's blood boil because Regina was her girlfriend. Hers and hers only. Nobody else could have her.
When I'm down I get real down
It always hurt Emma when Regina did talk to people who were obviously flirting with her, it's like she knew it made Emma jealous and she loved the feeling of knowing that Emma was jealous. It hurt Emma that much, that she couldn't just shrug it off like most people, it stuck with her until the next day, maybe even the day after that depending on what had happend and what had been said.
When I'm high and I come down, I get angry
The thing that really annoyed Emma, was when nothing like that had happend during their date and they were having fun. Laughing and smiling, but then someone would come and ruin it. Start flirting with her girlfriend.
That's when Emma would snap. She would have a go at them, shouting at them telling them to fuck off, sometimes if they got cocky and suggested Regina leave with them to have sex she would punch them. Regina hated seeing Emma like this, that was the only time she wouldn't talk to anyone who would flirt with her because she knew what Emma was like.
I can love you just like that
They could also be at home, cuddling and kissing. Being so in love with eachother but then something stupid could happen. Emma could bring up a past relationship which Regina hated, or Regina could bring up the topic of having kids which Emma hated. She always thought she would never be a good Mother.
I could leave you as just fast
They would argue for hours. They couldn't control themselves it was like other people had taken over their bodies and sometimes, one of them would take it too far.
"We're over. I hate you, I don't know what I ever saw in you. I'm gonna get my things and I'm leaving."
The other would then grab her by the arm and pull her into them before they could even get up the stairs. They would kiss and then make love on the sofa.
They apologised after, saying they didn't mean what they said, but it would only happen again.
But you don't judge me
When it came to getting angry, or getting jealous. Regina and Emma never judged eachother. Only explained to eachother how it was normal to have those emotions, it's show they are a real human with real emotions, there was no shame in feeling that way.
Because if you did baby then I would judge you too
The real reason why they didn't judge eachother was because they knew that they would get judged back and the first time that happend, they hated it. Bringing up valid points as to why they fucked up that day, or why they had fucked up in their life.
'Cause I got issues and one of them is how bad I need you
But no matter what they go through, they always need eachother. They could have such an intense fight where things get broken, including their hearts but they still want and need eachother. All they know is, they got issues and they need sorting.
