A few months had passed, Emma and Regina hadn't spoken much at all. If they crossed eachother on the street they would say a quick 'hello' but that was it. It killed Emma not to be able to have her, but it killed Regina knowing she had the chance to be with the blonde but she wasted it because she thought she couldn't treat her right.
Today was the wedding and Regina was sat at the table, her dress layed across the sofa. She continued to stare at it, wishing it was her wedding dress...Her wedding dress to wear when she became Mrs Swan-Mills.
She drank her coffee, deciding if she should go or not.
"I don't know what to wear. I want to wear green, but should I wear something a little more bright? Like...Neon green?" Zelena asked as she walked into the kitchen.
"I don't know, and to be quite honest I don't care." Regina said as she stood up from the table and set her mug in the sink.
"Alright Queenie, what's wrong with you?" Zelena asked crossing her arms.
"Nothing. And don't call me that. My name is Regina and I would appreciate it if you called me by my name." She snapped.
"Calm down Gina."
"DON'T CALL ME THAT EITHER!!!" Regina yelled.
Zelena scrunched her eyebrows up in confusion, she didn't know what was wrong with her sister. She usually let Emma call her that. Zelena's lips parted slightly as she realised what was wrong.
"You love her."
"Love who?"
"Emma."
Regina sighed as she rested her back against the counter and crossed her arms. "So what if I do? It's too late now. She's getting married to the pirate. Today."
Zelena walked towards her sister and placed a hand on her shoulder. "You know what you need to do." She smirked.
Regina thought for a moment before she raised her eyebrows and a small smile formed...She knew exactly what she had to do.

Emma felt her heart drop as it was time for the wedding to start. She wasn't getting married to the one she loved..
"You ready?" Snow asked walking up to her with a smile on her face.
Emma faked a smile and nodded her head. "Yeah."
"I just want to let you know, I still don't like him...But if he makes you happy...Then I'm happy." David said as he held his arm out.
"Thanks." Emma said as she looped her arm through his.
"See you out there Princess." Snow grinned before making her way out into the wedding hall.
The music began to play and David escorted Emma down the aisle, a smile on his face, a frown on Emma's. She looked at everyone, her eyes met Zelena's who smiled and stuck her thumbs up...She couldn't see Regina. Her heart dropped as she turned her head to the right and didn't see Regina there either.
She knew she should atleast pretend to be happy but she couldn't. She wanted Regina. She needed Regina.
They reached Killian, who by the looks of his outfit only replaced his leather jacket with a more sutible jacket and switched his black jeans for smart black pants.
"You look amazing Emma." He smiled.
She looked down as the tears started to form, she wasn't crying happy tears...They were sad tears.
The priest began to speak but just as he was about to ask if anyone objected the doors flew open.
Everyone turned around and Emma smiled when she saw Regina stood there, in a white suit.
"Sorry I'm late." She smirked as she walked towards the couple.
"What the bloody 'ell are you doing Regina?" Killian snapped.
"Doing what I should have done a long time ago." She snapped back as she reached them.
Killian grabbed her arm with his hook and pulled her close towards him.
"Sit down and let me marry the woman I love."
"No."
She pushed him away roughly and used her magic to send him flying towards the wall. Zelena then used to her magic to summon ropes and tie him to it.
"Now then." Regina said as she turned to face Emma. "I made a mistake not only months ago, but years ago too. I could have told you, showed you how I felt but I didn't...I'm sorry I left it late but it's better late than never." She looked around and everyone was watching confused. "You all came to see a wedding...I'll give you a wedding. I hope." Regina knelt down and grabbed Emma's hand. "Emma Swan. I have loved you for years and I'll continue to love you for many more years. I know you, I really know you. I want to skip being girlfriends and jump straight into being your wife. Emma...You might be a savior to this town but you're my savior...Will you-"
"Yes. Now stand up and let's get married." Emma laughed.
David smiled and clapped his hands as the priest started his speech again.
"Can we just skip to the I Do's?" Regina groaned.
The priest shook his head as he continued to talk.
Regina rolled her eyes but was soon granted what she wanted.
"I do." Regina smiled.
"I fucking do." Emma grinned.
"I pronounce you Mrs and Mrs Swan-Mills...You may kiss your wife."
"Finally." Regina sighed as she gently pulled Emma close and kissed her slowly.
"I love you." Emma whispered as they pulled away.
"And I love you, Mrs Swan-Mills."
It took them a long time but they finally got what they wanted.
Their happy ending.
