It was a cold night, which was surprising considering it was summer.
Regina was sat cross legged on her bed playing games on her laptop whilst Emma sat behind her. Her chin rested on the older woman's shoulders and her arms wrapped around her waist.
Music was playing from Regina's phone and Emma hummed along slightly.
She felt Regina shiver slightly so she shut the lid of the laptop ignoring Regina's protests.
"I didn't save the game." She groaned.
"And? It'll be fine as long as your battery doesn't die." Emma laughed as she stood up and grabbed the laptop and gently set it down on the desk.
She crawled back on the bed and gently pushed Regina down.
"You're cold. Under the covers now." Emma commanded.
"Yes boss." Regina said rolling her eyes before moving the covers and getting under them, followed by Emma who layed next to her.
Regina shivered again so Emma propped herself on her elbow and Regina knew what to do. She lifted her head up so Emma could lay her arm back down and Regina layed back down. In Emma's arms.
Emma's other arm went around Regina's stomach and Regina sighed happily as she began to warm up.
She cuddled into Emma and breathed in her scent, Emma was her favorite smile, whilst Regina was Emma's favorite taste.
Not like that you dirty people.
Emma placed a kissed to Regina's head and failed to hide the smile as Perfect by Ed Sheeran played. It was their song. The song they first kissed to. The song played in the background when they first realised they were in love with eachother. Emma sang it to her before she told Regina she loved her...And now, it was going to be played at their wedding.
"Emma, can I tell you something?" Regina asked as she moved to cuddle into the blondes neck.
"Of course. You can tell me anything."
"I feel safe in your arms. Your arms are my home. They protect me, make me feel loved and they keep me warm. I love being in your arms."
"And I love you being in my arms."
