"Regina?"
"I'm in the kitchen."
Emma slowly waddled towards the kitchen, resting her hand on her baby bump as she did so. She was seven months pregnant and she had just secretly had a baby scan to know the gender of their baby.
"Hey beautiful." Emma greeted as she sat on one of the chairs at the little bar area they had.
"Hello gorgeous." Regina smiled. "Hey Emma."
Emma rolled her eyes as she realised she had called her bump gorgeous and not her.
"Don't roll your eyes at me Ms Swan-Mills. Or no cookies for you."
Emma pouted which earned her a slow, passionate kiss.
"So, where did you get off to today?" Regina asked crossing her arms and looking interested.
"You know I can't lie to you, so I'll tell you the truth. I had a baby scan to find out the gender of our baby."
Regina's face and heart dropped. "You went without me?"
"I'm sorry." Emma apologised. "I wanted to know so I could see the look on your face when our little troublemaker was born."
"And you didn't think that I would have also liked to have seen your face? You have deprived me of such an important milestone during the pregnancy. It's something we should have done together. It's almost Christmas and you've ruined mine by pulling this bullshit."
"Watch your language."
"No. That's what it is, bullshit."
Emma instantly felt bad, she stood up and wrapped her arms around Regina who kept her arms crossed, an annoyed look on her face.
"I'm sorry Gina, I just wanted it to be a surprise for you."
"Whatever Emma. I'm going to check on Henry. See how he's getting on with his homework."
Regina gently pushed Emma back so she could walk away, Emma's eyes filled with tears. Everyone she had ever loved had left her, and now in her eyes...She had lost Regina.

"Look, Henry. I'll give you ten dollars and make sure Mrs Blanchard doesn't give you homework for a week. Just please find out the gender of the baby. It's killing me, not knowing."
Henry scratched his head as he began to think. "Twenty dollars, no homework for a week and you have to get me a date with Ruby."
"Henry."
"Yes?"
"She's twenty five."
"And?"
"You're twelve."
"And in love! She's so beautiful and funny. She always gives me extra pancakes. She wants me!"
"Just...Take the twenty dollars and no homework."
"The date too or I don't find out the gender."
"Fine!" Regina sighed.
"Thanks Mommy." Henry grinned before running out of his bedroom. "Operation Baby Brother or Baby Sister is a go."
He ran downstairs and into the kitchen, noticing Emma's bag was on the kitchen table and no Emma in sight.
He quickly walked towards the bag and opened it up. Moving things around. Body sprays, packets of gum, tissues. He grinned as he found the item he was looking for. He carefully pulled it out and stared at the baby scan. His eyes wide in amazement. He gently traced the baby, gasping as he saw the gender.
"It's a-
"HENRY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
He jumped, dropping the picture on the ground.
Emma waddled over quickly as possible, resting her hand on her knee as she reached down and picked the baby scan up, putting it back in her bag.
"You know you're not supposed to snoop through peoples things. You had no right to go through my bag."
"It's Christmas though...You always have Christmas themed candy...I just wanted some."
"Stop lying to me Henry. What were you doing with that?" Emma asked gesturing to the picture in her bag.
"Mom wanted to know the gender...We made a deal."
Emma turned around, Regina stood there fiddling with her fingers.
"Get out." Emma said calmly.
"Emma I'm sorry."
"I SAID GET OUT!! LEAVE ME ALONE!"
Henry began to cry, he ran towards the front door, quickly opening and running outside he slammed the door shut behind him causing both Emma and Regina to flinch.
"I didn't mean him." Emma groaned.
"I'll go get him."
"Whatever." Emma sighed as she pushed her way past Regina and walked up the stairs.
Regina's eyes filled with tears. To her, she had just ruined everything. She was going to lose Emma.

Regina came home without Henry, she had found him but he was miserable so to cheer him up, she took him to Granny's and convinced Ruby to let Henry take her on a date.
When she had left, Henry and and Ruby were sat in booth talking about his Transformers collection.
"Emma?" Regina called out. Her heart dropped as there was silence. She ran up the stairs, her heart hurting at the thought of Emma not being home. She opened their bedroom door, her jaw dropping at what she saw.
To other people, they would be turned off. Disgusted. Maybe even a little embarrassed. But not Regina. Her heart swelled with love as she saw her beautiful wife layed on the bed. Her eyes narrowed, wearing a sexy Mrs Clause costume.
"Someone has been a naughty girl."
Regina walked into the room, closing the bedroom door shut behind her.
"Come and recieve your punishment you very naughty girl."

They held eachother tightly, their bare bodies pressed against eachother.
"I was so scared I lost you." Regina mumbled against Emma's neck.
"I was scared I lost you too." Emma admitted. "I've lost everyone I have loved. My parents. My brother. My best friend...You, Henry and our baby are all I have."
"You're never losing me."
"And you are never losing me. I love you Regina. I made a vow on our wedding day and I will keep that vow until the day I die."
Regina smiled and gently kissed Emma's neck. "I love you."
"I love you too...And so does our daughter."
Regina sat up slowly, tears in her eyes and a huge grin on her face. "We're having a daughter?"
"Merry Christmas Regina."
