We stayed in the town for three days.

In that time I talked with Melaku and told him of some of my previous adventures. I even told how I met Rattle and Venom. It was sometime in Ustalav, when goblins were attacking a village, we met in the heat of battle. We were a little shock to see each other, since we are literally monsters, but pushed it aside as we dealt with the goblins. Once the threat was over we regrouped and started to get to know one another and after a while we soon became close friends.

Rattle and Venom spent the three days in the mayors house, reading spell books, history on the nation Thuvia, and some other stuff. They remember everything thing they read, thanks to there amazing photographic memory, they are able to remember the tiniest details.

On the fourth day, we got up early and decided that we were going to head out.

"You will be missed." Melaku said as we began to leave his house. "Were will you go?"

"Rahadoum." I said. "We just came from Osirion, and we have been trying to get up north, but unfortunately no boat captain is willing to let two serpentfolk and a kobold on their ship."

"Well I hope that you can find someone that will look past your race and accept you for who you are as we have." Melaku said.

"Thank you Melaku." I said. "That means a lot to me."

We got to the entrance of the town, after says goodbyes to everyone, and we found Galdana and Morzan along with three purple glowing horses, pink hollow eyes and smoke coming from the hoves. They stood completely still and weren't even breathing. I found it rather creepy, but Rattle and Venom didn't seemed bothered by it. They climbed onto theirs without any trouble and still the horses made no move, not even a sound.

Fascinating. I thought.

"These phantom steeds will take you were you please." Galdana said. "There not real horses, so they don't need to breath, eat, drink or sleep. You will have about five days until they expire."

"Then we best get moving." Rattle said.

The third horse was smaller than the other two, but not small enough to be a pony. I claimed on with ease and the thing didn't budge, or buck. I checked everything in my coat to make sure I had everything, and once I was done I turned to Melaku. "So these things don't resist us?" I asked.

"No." He said with a smile.

"Excellent." I said. "Then it won't mind if I do a few tests with it."

"Alchemists." I heard Morzan mutter.

"Shall we go?" I said to my companions. They nodded and I grabbed the reins and the steeds ran off into the desert at great speeds. I turned around and waved behind me, as we settled off to Rahadoum, the kingdom of man.

"Perhaps now would be a good time to go inside." Rattle said as the sun set. We have been riding all day, with only small breaks to rest and eat. The sun was almost over the mountains and already I could feel the temperature drop.

"Indeed." I said as I pulled out the device I "acquired" in Numeria, the land of savage technology.

The device was a black cube with a red button on the top in the center and was as big as my hand.

The device originally belong to my master in Numeria. He was part of a group called the Technic Leauge and there goal is to rule all of Golarion with the Technology from Numeria, but thankfully, the devices they find they don't know how it works, kills them or someone kills them to get it. And that is just a few things holding them at bay. My master found me as a young kobold and made me his slave, having me going find artifacts, doing dangerous tests for him, and I would be whipped, almost every day because I did something 'wrong'. He died in an explosion in his lab some years later, so I grabbed all the stuff I could carry, including the Black box, burned his lab to the ground and ran. The Technic Leauge eventually found out and set assassins after me, but I have been able to evade them.........so far.
