The building we watched the kitsune go into was rather old, with pieces of wood missing from the huge building. From what I could tell, it looked as though it use to be a storage warehouse.

"A shame." I heard Bukka say next to me. "It use very beautiful, and was the most powerful thieves guild back when Bukka was much younger. Before Herzago took over, Xiakon, a Tengu, ruled as guild master. He was a very good guild master, and his allies respected him, while his enemy's feared him. He ruled for some time in Bukkas youth, but then, when he reached middle age, he began to grow curious about the after life and immortality. Then, he quickly became obsessed with the undead, and lichdom, and someone called Sokar who he called the 'true lich king'. Later, while in his office, an pulse of electricity exploded from where his office.... use to be. We tried looking for his remains, but there was nothing left. Soon after, Herzago came and took charge and everything went down hill from there."

"Now its just one of many guilds in the Shackles." I said and he nodded.

"So how do we get in?" I asked. "Or do we just walk through the front doors?" He pulled out a pink gem and held it up to his eye for a few seconds before putting it away.

"There are a few ways in. But the best option would be to go to the roof." He said. He grabbed one of the necklaces around his neck and floated up to the roof of the building. I casted a spell on myself that allowed flight and flew up after him. I followed him and I did my best to not make so much noise on the wooden roof. Soon we stopped at a plank poorly placed covering hole in the roof. We noiselessly moved the plank and then looked down into the thieves guild. It was quite the impressive site, considering the outside looked like trash. The stone flooring looked like one you might find in a nobles house, and the walls were painted a beautiful violet purple. There were also some furniture around the large room, along with large tables made for gambling, and other smaller tables for eating. I also spotted a few rare races among the common humans, elves, and few halflings. I spotted a few ratfolk, tengu, fetchlings, three undines, or water geniekin, and two vishkanyas, people that have poisonous blood and remarkable beauty.

"Come. Let us go." He said as he turned invisible. I casted a spell on myself to turn invisible, then another to see invisible creatures. I floated down without a sound next to Bukka, who with my spell to see invisible creatures, looked translucent.

"Let us go to Herzagos office." I heard Bukkas voice say in my mind, no doubt the work of a magical item. "It will no doubt be in there if he has it." I nodded and followed him. We nearly got to the back of the building, when I noticed the kitsune at a lone table spinning a dagger with a look of boredom on her face. However, it quickly changed when her eyes went to the side of the room. I followed the gaze and stopped, looking at the figure.

The first thing that stood out was the muscles. The guy was ripped, with a black vest plainly showing his chest, abbs, and powerful upper arms. He had dark red skin, with long jet black hair and two big horns sprang from his forehead. He wore pitch black pants, and leather boots, with a black cape behind him. He also had a black scabbard at his hip, with what looked like bone for the hilt and handle of a sword. Walking behind him was a tall and beautiful female elf with long dark brown hair, brass skin, and a dress that was sleeveless, backless, low v cut in the front, and the skirt was cut on both sides, plainly revealing her upper thighs.

"Herzago." I heard Bukka say in my mind. "The tiefling." I nodded. As soon as I saw him I figured this was Herzago. The moment he walked in, everyone was silent. I watched as he slowly walked up to the front of he room, with the elf behind him. She looked out into the crowd with an distasteful look, but when she saw the kitsune, she shot a friendly smile. In return she returned a smile of her own, although not as open.
