ANDREW'S POV:

"So what's your decision Mr. Lim?" Matigas na tanong ni Mr. Kim. He's looking directly into my eyes. Bakit kasi magkasing tunog pa ang apelyido namin ng taong 'to? Kung sakaling pakasalan ko ang anak niya kawawa naman si baby. Kim-Lim? Parang nursery rhyme ah. Hahaha.

I unconciously smiled at that thought but Mr. Kim cut my imagination off. "Mr. Lim?" Ulit niya and made a snap in front of my face.

"Ah...ah...ah.." Nauutal na wika ko habang nagkakamot ng ulo. Ano nga ba ang dapat kong gawin? Nakakagago naman uh.

Lumingon ako kay Pia na kasalukuyang nakikitawa kasama si lola. She looks so happy. Never did I ever see her laugh that way eversince the day I first met her. Ibang-iba ang aura niya ngayon compared to her usual look ba palaging problematic at mukhang nahihirapan. I heaved a deep sigh and faced her father. This is it.

"Can I talk to your daughter for awhile Sir?" Asked I and waited for his respond.

When I saw him nod, I immediately walked towards Pia and excused her from lola.

"Anong pag-uusapan natin kuya?" Inosenteng tanong niya while walking behind my back.

I stopped on a wooden bridge and faced the rising sun. The view of the sun gaped my mouth in awe. It really looks so amazing.

"Ang ganda ano? When I was still young, I used to visit this place every morning para makita ang pagsikat ng araw. For me, sunrise symbolizes a new beginning." Ani Pia.

I saw in my peripheral vision how her eyes glimmer in happiness. Napakasama ko para basagin at saktan ang isang napakabuting babaeng katulad niya. Pia and her genuine heart is beyond compare. She is as pure as crystal clear. Mistake is just a single page in a part of life. So I should not lose the whole book for a single page. Kung may kakayahan akong ayusin ang gulong ito, then I'll take the risk. A weak person like me can't love a strong woman like Pia. Mali ako nang isipin kong mahina siya. Sa aming dalawa, ako ang walang paninindigan. She knows what she wants and she can stand on what she knew is right. Maybe, it's time for me to let go. Pia's right, this is a new beginning.

"Pia." I called her name out. Hindi siya sumagot but seeing her turning her back to face me was enough for me to know that she's listening. I took few deep sighs bago muling nagsalita.
"I don't love you yet." Pagpapatuloy ko. I saw how sadness occupy her eyes. She was about to talk when I held her hand. "But I will try Pia. For the baby and for our family to work out. Mahal na mahal ko si Cass and I don't know if I could ever love somebody else the way I loved her. Hindi ko alam kung hanggang kailan ko siya mamahalin pero susubukan ko. Pag-aaralan kong mahalin ka." Wika ko and waited for her response.

She was just looking at the floor at walang imik. May mali ba akong nasabi?

"Pi...." I worriedly called her name out but she hushed me.

She joyfully stared at me. "Naiintindihan ko kuya." Aniya at ngumiti.

I smiled too. She's a breathe of fresh air. Nakakagaan ng loob ang mga ngiti niya.

"Okay let's try it together, for the baby and for us...kung papayag ka...then..." Panimula ko and took the ring which is supposed to be for Cassey. "Let's get married." I plainly uttered.

I can't bear seeing my child growing up without a complete family na kaya ko namang ibigay. I need to be selfless this time. Hindi lang ang kaligayahan ko ang tanging nakasasalay dito. I have a baby to consider and the feelings of Pia na siyang biktima. I'll think about Cass after the wedding at kung paano ko sa kanya sasabihin.

Two days later.....

ANDREI'S POV:

"ANOOO???!!/WHAAATT???!!" Sabay-sabay na sigaw namin nina Luke at Red nang matanggap ang invitation galing kay Mang Danny na ani daw ay para sa kasal ni Andrew.
