Author : this is my favourite chapter ashajeknejr - and thank you for 1000 reads that is so frickin amazing so thank you buckets (and also, this starts still in Calum's pov)

"Well, how did it go?" I ask Luke, as we drive to the supermarket to pick up some things for Harry, that apparently he desperately needs. "You know, the Hollie thing?"

"She's, actually, it went well. Apparently Zoe has liked you since you met her or something, and Hollie didn't realise, so she actually felt a little bit bad. Also, her parents are splitting up so she's been taking the frustration out on Zoe. She says that she doesn't feel anywhere near as close to Zoe as she used to, and is starting to regret dropping out of school and stuff, and didn't know who to talk to and didn't want to admit that she was in the wrong to Zoe. She's going to try and make a bigger effort to be more open minded."

"Woah, what did you do to get her to tell you all of that?" I say, sorry for Hollie and Zoe  but also, impressed at Luke and Michael.

"It was easier than I thought. Once she started talking, she wouldn't stop." Luke smirks and points at the sky. "It's gonna rain bad later."

He's right, the sky is a dark purple lined with black clouds. It's quite scary, if I'm being honest.

"Do you remember the first day we were here?" I ask, and Luke just nods, hopping out of the car after I've parked it. "I had to take Zoe here. That was back when she couldn't stand me. But it rained that day too."

"Mate, she never 'couldn't stand' you. Hollie made her fake it."

"Wait, so all the time that I dated Hollie, Zoe liked me?"

Luke nods.

"And when she apparently hate-"

"Calum, she's liked you since she was 12."

I find myself smiling and reaching for the shopping cart. "Wow."

Zoe

"Oh my god! It's like the coldest day of summer." I complain, hugging my elbows and sitting down beside Calum as him and Michael are playing Fifa. He turns his head briefly to smile at me before returning his eyes to the screen. "Aren't you cold?" I ask, and Michael pauses the game.

"Zoe, your boyfriend's fine. Thank you for being so caring, now if you excuse us-" he proceeds to press play again but Calum just pauses it again.

"Sorry about Michael. Yeah, it is a bit cold." He smiles at me and reaches for my waist. "Do you wanna play with me?"

"I'll make you lose." I pout, shuffling into his lap. He wraps his arms around me and holds the controller in front of both of us, smiling into my neck.

"Let's give Mikey a chance then." He chuckles and I look over at Michael to find him smiling at us.

We play for an hour or so, until Ashton walks in. "Oh!" Calum shouts, pushing me forward so I fall out of his lap and onto the floor. "Hey Ash!" Calum screams, overly enthusiastic.

"Hi Calum," My brother says warily, as I make my way to my feet again. "Um, Zoe, what... Why are you on the floor?"

"She fell asleep!" Michael shouts, throwing his arms up in the air.

"Yeah! And then she just fell right onto the floor!" Calum says loudly, waving his hands around and accidentally throwing his remote across the room.
