"I'm so happy Taeha, thank God"
Taeha smiled up at you, uncrossing her arms.
"I'm grounded for like eternity though"
"Well, parents"
"Thank you" she nodded a little "You really helped"
"Anytime"
Taeha was now looking at something in the distance behind you, her absent stare made you want to turn around. And you did. You smiled instantly.
"Is that your boyfriend?"
"Oh" you turned back around to look at Taeha. Her sassy smile said it all. "It might be"
"Might be? Y/N, I'm not blind"
"Yah you're a kid, don't you have to get home"
"You want alone time with your boyfriend" Taeha hummed
"Respect your elders"
She giggled and waved goodbye, walking away, probably to meet up with her friends.
"Using my words I see"
"Don't get all cocky on me sweg boi" you turned to face him and only then noticed the cups of coffee in his hands "We already had coffee"
"I have another show and I want to write some new material"
"Why the coffee for me?"
"I want you awake so you can help me"
"Yoongi you're a genius you don't need my help" you didn't like admitting it but you didn't like having to stay up late either.
"I need you"
"You're so corny" you groaned and he grinned
"Just when I have to be, corny works"
One of the things that fascinated you about Yoongi most was his depth and always-surprising personality. One moment he was cold and rolling his eyes, the next he was cuddly and saying romantic quotes. He was also a different person while working. His usual confident attitude was replaced with one requiring complete focus, perfection, precision, and determination. Tonight was no different than any other involving him working and you staying at his place. Well, you were on his bed, but this time with your own laptop. You had figured, if he could work, so could you. You were grading some tests as you heard him tapping his pen. You looked up from your laptop and noticed him scratching the back of his head.
"Hey"
He didn't say anything.
"If you're suddenly going to break up with me let's do it right away-"
"What the hell are you talking about you idiot" this made him turn around and look at you. You laughed and put your laptop away.
"See I knew that would get your attention"
"You dumbass"
"Oh feisty are we" you moved from the bed and he looked up at you as you towered over his sitting form.
"Anything you want sweetie?"
"What's the problem" you placed your hands on his shoulders and tilted your head "Something is bugging you"
"Nothing's bugging me I just- oh God that feels nice"
You gently massaged his shoulders and his head fell back with a heavy sigh.
"Yeah?"
"Mhm" he closed his eyes
"Are the lyrics bothering you?" you put some more pressure into the massage and earned a groan from him in response
