Chapter 7: Fun

"i need these cards here. and those chairs moved to the middle with the table" i told the guys who was helping me organize this stupid party. "we need a dance floor if people feel like dancing, so move those tables here" i point out.

"do you have the drinks?" Ray asked me. i nod "this is dumb, i'm doing this only cause i'm getting paid" he laughed and gave me a hug. i hugged him back.

"how is everything?" he asked. i smiled "it's good and you?" he shrug's "it's okay, it could be better if i could get a drink" he said while giving me the puppy eyes.

i shake my head grinning "oh no don't touch those drinks, that's for the party" he groaned "you suck" "and you swallow now get out of here i have a lot left to do and i got to get ready for the party so out!"

he sighed "okay okay! you better save me a dance" i nod.

after getting everything ready i went home to get dressed.i put my red heels on and kissed Danger bye and left.

when i got there Roman, Ray and William were talking. "hello Mr. knight and Mr.knight" i said to Roman and William when i got there.

William Chuckled cause i had to say Mr. knight Twice. "Hello Rachel, this is wonderful what you've done here" William told me while glancing at the room.

i smiled "thank you" "and you look great, very beautiful" William said. i blushed "thank you" "Rachel i want you to meet my mother"

Ray told me and grabbed my hand to walk to her. i looked at Roman he smiled at me and pointed to my necklace. i smiled and touched it.

i look away from him and look at where Ray was taking me. "hello mother this is the wonderful Rachel Carter, Roman's assistant"

Ray introduced me to his mom. i smiled at her "it's a pleasure Mrs.Knight" i told her. she waved her hand "call me Ella" she said and gave me a hug i returned the hug back.

i noticed she had a Spanish accent. "tu hablas español?"(you speak Spanish) i asked her. she looked at me in shock and smiled brightly "si, que eres?" (yes what are you?)

"soy puertorriqueña" (i am Puerto Rican) she gasped "i'm Puerto Rican too!" she yelled and grabbed my hand "Ven, hablemos" (come lets talk)"ella me gusta" (i like her) she said to Ray, Roman and William. As we walked past them.

i blush and followed her to a table where me and her could talk.

Roman's P.O.V

i smile at Rachel and my mom. i'm glad they got along. "damn it! now i have no one to dance with and this is my song" Ray complained.

"No one told you to introduce a Hispanic to your mother, you know she loves Hispanic girls" my father told Ray.

he sighed "i didn't know she was Spanish" i ignored them and watched Rachel and my mother. the whole time they were talking she was touching her necklace.

she caught me looking and smiled at me. i winked at her. she blushed and looked back at my mother.

"Roman she's here" Ray nudged me. "who's here?" i asked while still staring at Rachel. "your fiancé!" Ray hissed. i look away from Rachel and look at Teresa who was coming towards me. "Roman, it's so good to see you again" she gave me a hug.

i gave her a one hand hug. my dad glared at me i rolled my eyes and gave her a full hug. she giggled "roman"

she pulled away from the hug and held my hand in hers. Teresa is beautiful but she's stuck up. i saw Teresa's dad walking towards us. "Roman you better make my daughter happy" he said and gave me his hand.
