Chapter 54: Confession

i walk up to Ray who was talking to Walter near the food table. sighing i grab Rays beer from his hand and take a gulp of it. "whoa there tiger!" Ray says. i give him his beer back and sigh "oh God i think i did something bad"  

Walter puts his hand on my shoulder "what is it child?" Ray nudged his chin towards Teresa "does it have to do with her? she's sulking over there" i sigh and nod "i told her something that i shouldn't have cause now she knows that i know and she can mess everything up...

or she can make everything better, i don't know!" i grab rays beer again and drink it. Walter looks at ray with wide eyes. not really knowing what to do. "um...what did you tell her?" Ray asks. i shake my head.

"it doesn't matter, where's roman i need to find Roman" i tell him while looking around at the crowd. "he's upstairs in his room" Walter tells me. i give Ray back his beer and run inside the mansion. everybody was outside so i was alone in the mansion running towards Roman's room.

"roman!" i call out. i swung open Roman's door. he was on the floor playing with both Danger and Katy. "Hey rach, when did you get here?" he says without taking his eyes off the dogs. "roman we need to talk" 

he makes eye contact with me. after a few seconds he shakes his head "what did you do?" i chuckle "how do you know i did something?" he sighs and stands up "because i know you...what did you do?" 

i sigh and sit on his bed. "i've been hiding something from you" he squints his eyes at me "continue" i sigh and look at my hands that was on my lap. 

"i followed Teresa one day and i found out that she's been with Mark her fathers employee....they have a relationship and i stole Teresa's phone, it was me who smashed her car

and i threatened Mark that if he didn't convince Teresa to call off the wedding without ruining your fathers plan that i will post his dick pics for the world to see" i closed my eyes and kept my face down. scared to see Roman's face.   

he started to laugh which made me look at him. "why are you laughing?" he started to laugh even harder. "Rachel that was the dumbest plan ever" i sucked my teeth and slapped his arm. "shut up, it wasn't even my plan" Roman shook his head while laughing then sat down next to me.  

"that was what you were so scared to tell me? that you tried to manipulate Teresa into calling off the wedding?" i sigh and nod. 

he puts his hand on my thigh "Rachel, i appreciate you trying to help but next time involve me in it! i can think of a better plan than Threatening a guy with his dick pics" i chuckle and nod "okay i will, but now Teresa knows that i know about Mark" 

he smirks "that's good! now that she knows that you know we can use it to our advantage! you can hint that if she doesn't call it off we tell her father!" he stands up in excitement "you see i told you i'll think of a better plan" 

i roll my eyes at him playfully. "sure sure whatever"

Me and roman walked outside back to the party. just in time too cause Linda was about to walk in. "SURPRISE!" everyone screamed. She gasped in excitement. "oh my God Walter!" she yelled while slapping his arm. 

"how did you know this was Walters idea?" Ray asked. she smiled at Walter "because it's something he will do" she kissed his cheek and went to say hi to everybody. Me and Roman walked up to the blushing Butler. 

"oh my" he whispered while touching his cheek. "i'm never washing this cheek again" he mumbled. i laugh at him and looked around the crowd for Teresa. "hey Ray where did Teresa go?" i asked. 

he shrugged "she said she was going home" me and Roman exchanged a look. "i bet she didn't go home, she really went to go see that guy" roman whispered in my ear. 

i sighed "i hope so, cause i really don't want this wedding to happen" he put his arm over my shoulder. "me either"
