It was eleven o'clock and Braxton pulled out his phone. He group dialed Michael, Calum and Liam.

"Hey, what's up?" Liam answered first.

"Hey." Michael chimed in.

"Hello?" Calum answered.

"Hey, guys, I want to talk to you about Luke and Ashton." Braxton said.

"Oh boy, what now?" Michael asked.

"Exactly. That's always been the response when it comes to them. I want to change that." Braxton sighed.

"Umm, they've been that way for years and years...why do you want to fix it all of a sudden?" Calum asked.

"Because we're going to be living with them in Michael's aunt's house for college." Braxton pointed out.

Michael's aunt was moving to London to help take care of a really sick friend and didn't want to sell her house. She asked if Michael would move into it. He agreed only if he could bring the other boys.

"Oh man, I didn't even think of that." Liam said.

"Neither did I." Michael agreed.
The thought hadn't crossed anyone's mind.

"So what do you want to do about it?" Calum asked.

"Well I was talking to mom about the suite we're in. There's three bedrooms. We each have to share with one person. Usually Luke and I would share. Ash and Liam and Cal and Mikey. But what if Liam, you and I roomed together and we made Ashton and Luke share?" Braxton explained his idea.

"They'll kill you." Michael spoke up first.

"But it's a good idea." Calum chimed in.

"I'm all for it but Ashton is going to flip." Liam chuckled nervously.

"What if it doesn't work? What of they kill each other?" Michael sounded unsure.

"They have no reason to hate each other. They need to get over this. It's been years." Braxton sighed.

"I'm telling them this was your idea." Michael laughed.

"I'll back you up. We can say it's our idea." Liam spoke up.

"I don't want to be there when you tell them that's for sure." Calum laughed.

"Trust me, I'm not looking forward to it." Braxton sighed.

"I wish we knew why they hated each other so much." Michael huffed.

"I've asked Ashton a thousand times. He just says, he's an asshole." Liam answered.

"He tells me the same thing. Luke also says the same thing. It's like they don't even know anymore but it's gone on too long to put it behind them. Ya know?" Braxton asked.

"Did they have a fight when we were younger?" Liam asked trying to remember any specific incident that would have caused them to hate each other.

"Not that I'm aware of." Braxton answered.

"They've hated each other as long as we've known them, so since seventh grade?" Calum pondered for a moment.

"It would have been sixth grade." Michael answered.

"I don't remember when they started hating each other." Braxton frowned thinking back.

"Surely one of them remembers." Liam huffed.
"It's only been eight years."

"But you said you've both asked them?" Calum asked.

"A few times." Braxton answered.

"At least." Liam agreed.
