"Isogai-kun!" You shouted, waving at said male.
You were (Y/n) (L/n), a student in Kunugigaoka's B-Class, and a childhood friend of Yūma Isogai. The game between E-Class and the top players of the school's baseball club had just ended, and you went over to congratulate your friend.
"(Y/n)! It's good to see you again." Isogai said once he saw you.
"Same to you. Been a while, huh?" You giggled.
You caught them as they were leaving the pitch. During most of the game, you had been muttering cure words aimed at the principle, even though you knew he couldn't hear you. Actually, you were quite glad – you didn't want to be punished. You decided that when the game was over, you would see how Isogai was doing. Well, that was your story. In reality, a certain red-haired male had caught your attention.
He was being a bit of a jerk, you had to admit – teasing people on the pitch. However, something drew you to him. Was it that smirk? Or his golden eyes? Whatever it was, you wanted to get closer. It didn't matter that he was part of the End Class, since you were already friends with Isogai.
"Yeah. How have you been?" He asked, smiling.
"Okay I guess. The bullying doesn't bother me so much anymore. What about you?"
"Great, thanks. I've got these guys to back me up." He pointed to the people he was walking with, which included the one you gained an interest in.
You had heard of them before, since Isogai liked to mention them. They seemed like really nice people, and you wanted to get to know them. He introduced them as Maehara Hiroto, Nagisa Shiota, Sugino Tomohito and Akabane Karma. They all waved, and you became fast friends with every one except Karma. You really liked him, but he made you a bit shy. Isogai noticed this, and when you resumed walking, he put you in a position where you were next to the red-head.
"Ne, (Y/n)-chan. You've been staring at Isogai for a while. Do I sense a crush?~" He smirked, poking you.
The two of you were at the back of everyone else, and to get your mind off how nervous you were, you had been looking at Isogai. A slight blush crept onto your face, because Karma got closer to poke you.
"N-No! He's just a friend!" You defended, waving your hands in front of you, frantically.
He just nodded, keeping his ever-present smirk. It was kind of scary.
He thinks I like Isogai-kun! Does this mean I haven't got a chance? Ahh! I hate my life!
You smacked yourself on the head, which earned a laugh from your love interest. Looking towards him was something you instantly regretted. You met his eyes, and had to glance away, turning your head in an attempt to hide your growing blush.
"Aww, (Y/n)-chan's embarrassed!" He teased.
"A-Am not!"
"Is it because you like me?" He questioned, smiling almost as much as Koro-sensei.
Your face flushed again, going as red as Karma's hair. He leaned over to you, and blew on your ear. In shock, you let out a squeak, making the guys in front of you turn around. They all had questioning looks, except Isogai and Maehara, who just gave a thumbs up. You were confused, but then you felt an arm around your waist. You twisted your head to see Karma, with his head in the crook of your neck.
"A-Akabane-kun!" You stuttered.
"Karma." He stated.
"W-What?"
"Ka-r-ma. Say it, princess~" He purred.
He met your eyes again, but this time, you felt yourself unable to turn around. You just drowned in his golden orbs. That was it. You were officially in love with this boy.
"K-Karma-kun."
"That's better~" He said, kissing your neck.
