we walked uphill to get to the gates for about 6 minutes and im already regretting the fact i wanted to come here. being a healthy human and walking all over six flags is hard but adding the fact that ive had 2 kids havent lost the baby weight and i got asthma makes this living hell.
"which one do you want to go on first?" luke asked looking at the map.
"hmm what about tatsu?" tyler said excited.
"no! you know that one scares me!" i whined.
"i know but its mine and luke's favorite." luke blushed and stared hard at the map.
"then you two go on it and angel and i will go on the rapid waters one." alex said making the decision for us. we all looked at each other and nodded. we werent too far from those rides so we got there quickly.
"thank god its tuesday and people have work and school." alex said getting behind a couple that was behind a few people.
"yeah otherwise we would be here in the line forever, its usually like a half and hour wait on every ride but it looks like maybe 10 15 the most." the lady in front of us said agreeing on our thought. we smiled at her and started to talk with her until we got on the ride.
TYLER P.O.V
luke and i split from alex and my sister when we reached the line for tatsu. the line was surprising very short i like there was maybe 20 or 30 people the most in front of us and the ride holds a lot of people at once so it wasnt too long before we were next.
during the wait luke got his phone out and we played the guessing game where he holds it up to his head and i have to give hints until he gets it within the time given.
"are you scared?" he said with a big grin.
"hah as if, if i recall correctly you were the one who had a death grip on me last time we rode this." i laughed tilting my head back. when i set my head straight i just stared into luke' s beautiful blue eyes with a smile on my face.
"what?" he laughed nervously. he looked over between the ride and me trying not to have eye contact.
"nothing." i blink and looked away. a blonde girl and her best friend who looked about 15 came over to us giggling.
"i dont mean to be a bother but i had to say i think you two are a really cute couple." before either one of us could correct her her friend pulled her away embarrassed. i felt my face become flushed and by the look of luke's face he was redder than a tomato.
"haha well thats awkward.." luke sang.
"i mean theyre not completely wrong." i smirked trying to lighten the awkwardness.
"whats that supposed to mean?" he turned to me furrowing his eyebrows.
"nothing." i teased.
"ty-" luke was cut off when the worker announced we could get on.
