i parked my car next to a red honda. i helped bonnie get out of her car seat while Nate waited on us.
i held their hands and walked over to the play ground full of kids. As soon as we stepped on the warm sand the kids took off to the swing sets. I saw an open bench and took a seat setting down the diaper bag and my purse.
"Hey stranger." A semi deep voice said warmly. Turning to face the man I saw that it was Ryan who had a smile plastered on his face.
"Hey I didn't think you got my text." I greeted.
"I did I rushed to get ready so I didn't reply, but have you and Alexander come up with an agreed schedule for me to see our son?" His face became full of worry and hope.
"We did and he agrees with me that you should be allowed to see your son but we have a favor to ask."
"What is it?"
"We wanted to know if you could watch both Nathan and Bonnie while me and him are at work. You can either stay at our place or I can drop the kids off to you at your house. I usually get off early to late afternoons so they won't drive you crazy all day." I chuckled a bit at the end of my sentence.
"That's no problem." Ryan smiled.
Once Ryan was about to speak again crying boomed through the playground grabbing the attention of Ryan myself and a few mothers. Nothing it was Bonnie I jumped to my feet and ran to her.
Nathan was squatting down next to her watching as I picked up her asking if she was alright.
"What happened?" I wiped her tears with my thumb.
"She pushed me off the slide!" Bonnie cried as she pointed to a little girl with blonde pigtails laughing.
"Nathan take your sister to your dad he's over at the bench." Nathan nodded and they walked away.
"Hey little girl did you push her off the slide?" I said trying to sound as sweet as possible.
"Shut up." She yelled sticking her tongue out. My blood boiled. Dealing with bratty ass kids was something I could not handle.
"Listen it's not nice to push other people you could really hurt them." I said sternly this time.
"What are you doing talking to my daughter?!" This skinny blonde lady with an attitude yelled at me. I stood up straight and watched as the little girl nuzzled herself into her moms side.
"Your kid pushed my daughter who's 3 years younger than her off the slide."
"And you think confronting my kid about the situation is alright?" She said with disgust.
"Well you obviously can't teach your kid some manners I will. If you want to cry foul about
Something do it on your parenting." I gave a sarcastic smile and walked off.Bonnie sat on the bench sniffling holding her scratched up arm. Ryan was digging through the bag trying to find the Neosporin that Nate kept telling him to get.
"Front pocket." I said sitting next to Bonnie.
I grabbed the small tube and put some on my finger to rub over the scratch.
"Here mommy sister likes these!" Nathan held
Up a box of princess jasmine in his hand.
Taking the box I grabbed one and placed it on her arm."Do you guys want to stay or go get food?"
"Food!" Both of them yelled.
"They are defiantly your kids!" Ryan birdied into laughter.
"Haha at least we don't need a DNA test." I laughed.
Ryan grabbed the bag so I could carry Bonnie.
"Hand me my purse please mate." He looked on the bench handing me the small black bag. He took Ryan's hand and we walked to the car.
------------------------------------------------
Ryan had followed me to a place called in n out and we grabbed food there. After we ate we decided to go to babies r us so we can get some car seats for his car.
"Do you think I should get some clothes for them to have at my house in case?"
"If you want to yeah." We walked over to the clothes area and let the kids picked out 3 outfits each.
Once everything was paid for we went back to my house.
