Chapter 18: Knowing The Truth

~Chad's POV~

*In New York*

I will find her & she think she can go on & dump me for no reason & go off with Nat & get married now she got pregnant & had a baby I will get all them but I am mostly coming after Harley she thinks she can call the police on me & put me back to Orlando and stay behind bars when I find her she's gonna get it.

*In Tennessee*

~Harley's POV~

So me & Nat haven't been notified about Chad yet and I am enjoying Tennessee cause it is a good way just to be with Aunt Sierra & she gotten to see Jenny for the 1st time and Jenny loves her & Aunt Sierra is amazing she would call us just to see how were doing but I am curious if she ever had talked to Dad cause I am curious if she ever had I been wanting to know what Dad abandoned me & John like what made him walk out on us & I just don't know I am gonna ask Aunt Sierra right now me & Nat are just sitting on the bed playing with Jenny.

"Are you ticklish?" said Nat as he tries to find Jenny's tickle spot "Tickle, tickle, tickle"

*Jenny smiles*

"Did Daddy find your tickle spot?" I said "Daddy found your tickle spot yes he did."

"Hey baby can I ask you something?" said Nat with a worried face

"Yeah sure." I said

"Are you okay? You been acting kinda different lately like since you saw Aunt Sierra for the 1st time in a year." said Nat

"Im fine babe." I said 

"Babe I can tell that you don't look fine just tell me babe." said Nat as he grabs my hand "Just tell me babe."

"Well you know that Aunt Sierra is my Dad's sister right." I said

"Yeah I remember you telling me so what is the problem?" said Nat as he holds my hand

"Well I am just curious if she ever had talked to him & I wanted to know why he left me & John alone cause I been wanting to know the answer for a year it's been killing me cause I want to know why he disappeared on us." I said 

"Well heres what we can do were gonna go downstairs and ask Aunt Sierra & then you can finally know the answer." said Nat as he wraps his arms around me "You wanna do it now or later?"

"I think now would be better." I said as I rested my head on his chest

"Okay lets go downstairs babe." said Nat as he got up holding & grabs my hand "You sure you wanna know the answer?"

"Yeah." I said getting off the bed 

*They go downstairs and they see Sierra & John watching TV*

"Oh hey there you 3 has everything been okay?" said Aunt Sierra 

"Yeah & I came down to ask a question." I said as my hands are shaking and Nat could feel then shaking

"What is it?" said Sierra

*Harley & Nat sit on the couch*

"Well I wanna know about Dad? Like why he disappeared & never contacted me or John?" I said 

"I am just about to get ready to tell you the truth about why he left you & John." said Sierra as she turned off the tv

"So do you know why?" I said shaking even more

"Well I think it's time you know the truth & John already knows." said Sierra "Well it was a few months back & I told him about you guys & I even told him about Jenny but he also told me the reason he left y'all behind cause he made it clear he didn't want y'all & your not the first set of children that got abandoned." said Sierra

"Wait what do you mean were not the first one he abandoned?" I said as I became confused

"Well the first wife he was with before your Mom & I gotten a call from his first wife saying that he never wanted children & he also re-married and he also said he never wants anything to do with you or John he made it clear & I am so sorry about what my brother did I just don't know why he did it." said Sierra

"I think I'm gonna go back upstairs." I said as I got off the couch and about to cry

"Harley." said Nat as he got up trying to follow me

"I just want to be alone." I said walking upstairs.

*2 hours later*

~Nat's POV~

I really hate seeing Harley hurting inside I never knew it would hurt her this bad but I just don't know what I can do but Harley hasn't been eating lunch today and dinner is already that time so I got her a plate I decided to eat upstairs with her today so what we have is burgers, fries & chips so I fixed her plate first & then I fixed mine & I went upstairs and opened the door & Harley was still laid down on the bed & she's on her laptop listening to Sleeping With Sirens.

"Hey babe you doing okay?" I said as I sat on the bed

"I think I'm fine babe." said Harley as she turns off the music

"Babe I know your hurt from the truth but you wanted to know the truth." I said rubbing her back

"I just don't know how I feel at the moment right now." said Harley

"Babe your depressed." I said

"I am not depressed." said Harley

"Babe its okay if your depressed cause John told me all that on how you been going through mental illness before we even started dating & I hate seeing you feel this way Me, John & Aunt Sierra will help you & I am always by your side & I never left your side when you stayed at the asylum for 4 weeks and I still love you & just think about our daughter babe." I said as I wrapped my arms around her and she just cried on my chest

"I just don't know what to do." said Harley as she continues to cry on my chest

"Everything is gonna be okay babe just remember its your Dad's loss he is stupid for doing that to you & John." I said as kissed her forehead "You still have family babe."

"Thanks babe I love you." said Harley as she hugs me

"I love you too babe & don't do this to yourself okay?" I said as I still had my arms wrapped around her

"Okay." said Harley

So we ate up our food & we was just watching youtube videos on her laptop and she after we finished our food & Aunt Sierra brought Jenny to our room she was already asleep & I putted her in her playpin and Harley was already tired & Harley and I decided to watch some episodes of The Big Bang Theory & I watched about 5 episodes she fell asleep about after the part where Sheldon and Amy was on the train for their date night & after that episode went off I feel asleep.
