Maddie's
"Pau, let's go." I didn't even look at her, I just walked pass her.
"Take care, girls!" Mom shouted from the kitchen.
The girl walking behind me bid her good bye.
I clicked the fob of my car to unlock it and quickly went to the driver's seat while she took the shotgun seat.
This feels like dèja vu, except for some things.
Flashback
"Where's your sister?" I asked the girl standing in front of our house, whose face is crumpled like a paper.
"She left with ate Bea." Her brows are knitted together. She looks like she want to be anywhere but here, ouch 💔, just kidding haha.
"Aish! Our driver's not here and mom won't let me drive my car." I said out loud.
I'm used of Bea and Tey leaving me, but I told them to wait for me today because I don't have a ride.
My ates are already in school, I'm sure of that. The school bus already passed by. An idea came and I grabbed her arm and started walking.
"Wait! Let go. What are you doing?!" She snapped at me and pulled her arm.
"Walking?" I half asked.
"Duh, I know." She rolled her eyes.
"Then, why are you asking?" I deadpanned.
"Ugh! Were you planning to go to school by walking?" She asked in disbelief.
"Is there any other way? Besides it will only take us 20 minutes."
"Yes. Let's ride a jeep."
"Jeep?"
"Yes, jeep."
"Do you know how to?" I asked. I've never rode a jeep, ever. And as far as I know she haven't yet, too.
"Well, we'll figure that out." She said sheepishly, how cute.
"How about a taxi?"
"It will take too long to get here."
I checked my phone, 7:30 am, we only have half an hour before we become late.
"Well, let's go and find that jeep." I chuckled and she giggled, what a beautiful sound.
With that we walked our way outside the subdivision, me, subtly holding her hand.
End of flashback.
Some parts weren't clear but what I remembered the most is the feeling of discomfort because I was tall to be sitting with that kind of position, I was barely sitting. Yet, my heart was happy and my mind was too occupied with the girl sitting beside me to mind the stares people are giving us. They are surprised to see people like us riding a jeep, they must have recognized us or maybe because of our school ID.
3 years later, here I am again, with the same girl, same scenario. But, unlike before I can't drive because I am a minor. I won't mind if we're riding a jeep right now instead of my car. I am closer to her that way.

Argh, I shouldn't listen to Bea and Jirah, look at the effect. It's driving me crazy.
This girl beside me is making me nuts. She's been bugging my mind, I don't even know when did it start. But all I know I woke up and she's the first person that I thought about and remembered she was also the one who's occupying my mind during midnight, as I turn and toss in my bed, waiting for sleep to knock on my door so that I could have a peaceful mind. She's even the subject of my dream, gosh.
