Christmas Day Part One- Diana's Pov

It was Christmas morning, in the five days we’ve lived in this house, we’d unpacked everything, put it in a suitable place, gone to the Ikea in Birmingham, put up 4 Christmas trees, decorated them, got all the Christmas food in and put up a whole lot of furniture.

Josh’s parents Mike and Leila were coming over as well as El and the boys including Perrie, Danielle and Sophia. Josh was cooking like he was on MasterChef, I was banded from the kitchen, instead I was on table duty, the time was 11am and everyone was supposed to arrive right at this very second.

And as if on que the doorbell rang, I went to go answer it.

“Diana” El said throwing her arms around, dropping all her bags on the floor.

“Hello to you too, El” I replied breaking of from the hug

“I brought presents!” She exclaimed picking the bags up from the snow covered floor.

“Put them under the tree, everything is there” I said shutting the door behind her.

“Josh” I said knocking on the door

“What is it Diana, I need to check the turkey” Josh replied

“We’re opening the presents now!” I shouted back, over the sound of pouring water.

“Okay” Josh said appearing at my side a few moments later

“Hurry up” Perrie whined

“We’re coming!” I replied

We sat down, amongst all the presents filling up the lounge floor, Josh’s parents were sat side by side on the Josh’s cream sofa.

“It’s so nice to meet you, Josh is always talking about you and your hair it’s so pretty and blonde” Leila complimented me

“Thank you, and you have a wonderful son” I replied

“It’s time to open presents!” Niall shouted eating a few of the nibbles which I had put on the fireplace earlier that morning.

“Okay, well who wants to open there’s first?!” Josh asked

“Me” shrieked Niall

We all got the presents, that we’d brought for Niall and placed them around him, he started opening them while eating.

So far he’d got, 3 aftershave sets, 5 Nandos gift cards (one of them was from me and Josh), a pile of clothes from TopMan and a giant inflatable chicken drumstick, which was of Perrie and Zayn along with a giant corn on the cob!

El had got a lot of clothes, obviously Mike and Leila had never met El before but had got her a beautiful dress from Monsoon that would obviously look beautiful one, it was El everything she wore looked perfect. I got her a gingerbread men jumper from TopShop, which she had wanted since she first saw it, Niall got her a Nando’s giftcard, so they could go together, (did he ask my best friend out or does he just want food, erm I think I need to check that one) and he also got her a necklace, that apparently his mother helped pick out for him, considering that Niall knows nothing about girls, and necklaces. Sophia and Liam brought her a cushion with one of her favourite quotes on it, along with a M.A.C lipstick in her favourite shade (Crème Cup), Zayn and Perrie got her a Benefit make up pallet and a Tom Ford bronzer, which was almost the same size as her head, it was clear that Perrie had picked them for her, Zayn didn’t know the first thing about make-up and neither do I, Danielle knew her a lot better than the others did and had got her a new mirror, with lights around, the sort you’d find in a Hollywood dressing room as well as a pair of shoes, Danielle had these really pretty high heels on one day and El said she loved them, and when she asked Danielle where she got them from, at the time she couldn’t remember, anyways El loved them all.
