Emely and Barry headed to CCPD and met up with Joe and together, the three of them headed to where Henry  was.

"Henry, are you okay? What happened? What hurts? Who did this?" Henry chuckled.

"A rather stern reminder, I'd say, not to poke around Marcus Stockheimer's business."

"Dad, I told you stop."

"Your dad called me with more intel. It helped us track down Clay and Shawna and arrest Stockheimer."

"I managed to screw up Marcus' big heist so..." Emely held Henry's hand.

"I get that you wanted to help us, but you really need to take care of yourself. I want you to take it easy." Henry smiled

"I will. Don't worry." Barry looked at Joe

"You both kept working together and didn't tell me?"

"It wasn't his fault. I did it to help you." Barry looked at his father.

"You getting stabbed and beaten isn't helping me."

"Look, I don't get to feel useful very much in here." Emely put a hand on Barry's shoulder.

"Barry, he only wanted help. The consequences might not have been the ones that were expected, but he helped us." Henry nodded

"So if I can help you for a change,  I'm gunna wanna be there for you. Just like you've been there for me all these years." Barry held his father's hand.

"Yeah."

"You said Marcus had a biig heist coming up?" Henry nodded.

"Do you know anything else about it?" Before Henry could answer, Barry cut in.

"Dad, tell me who did this to you." Henry shook his head.

"It doesn't matter, slugger."

"You said you wanted to, so help me." Henry looked at his son.

"One of Marcus' boys. Julius." Emely sighed as she knew what Barry was gunna do.

Later that night, Emely went to S.T.A.R Labs and watched them fight

"Barry, remember that if you turn off the lights, she can't telelport."

Shortly after, Shawna was safely in the pipeline where she couldn't escape.

The next day, Barry was going to get lunch with Linda, which Emely didn't mind at all.

"Are you sure you're not jealous?" Emely nodded.

"I'm sure. There's just friends. Barry would never cheat on me. He's not that kind of guy." And she was right

Barry mentioned to Linda about Emely, and he started to go on and on about her.

"Seems like you really love her." Barry nodded.

"I do."

The next night, Linda invited Barry out to dinner and told him to bring Emely. Linda told them that the was a place that had the spiciest tacos of Central City, and Emely just had to have some.

The three of them ate it and Emely loved it, but Barry; however, couldn't stand the spiciness.

"Wimp." Barry looked at Emely.

"I'm not a wimp." Emely gave him a look.

"I'm not."

"Okay. Whatever you say." Linda smiled at the couple.
