Zack's POV
I was mildly curious when bit come to hiring Desiree Sommers.
Would she want to work with us? She has talked so much shit about us in the past. So when she agreed I was no other word for it curious.
Was she going to take this opportunity to further talk shit? Why would she agree? She made it no secret she didn't like us but I guess the girl loved money.
I found myself wondering what she looked like. I expected some butch bitch. Tall chubby with short hair coveted in tattoos and piercings. Honestly more like a man than a woman.
Looking at her when I got on the plane she was already asleep and was covered by a blanket. I couldn't tell what she looked like but at that point I was more than curious what this woman would look like. I expected a troll.
I didn't expect what I got. Not in the slightest.
When we walked off of the plane and she trailed after us I was shocked.
She is a tiny little thing. Her voice was soft.
Big green eyes. Dark soft brown hair. Tiny frame. Nice legs. Honestly she was hot. She had this grunge punk chic thing going. It was a surprise.
A big one. Maybe if she wasn't an obvious bitch I would've been attracted but god she was a cunt in her articles and reviews.
But, there was no denying it, she was a talented photographer. Her live images of the band's she had worked with were honestly works of art. Despite being a bitch her articles were witty. She had talent, and we had scored with her.
It was basically a unanimous decision to give her shit. It was never discussed but we all wanted to. She gave us shit why not her?
At the dinner I was shocked when she basically read us the right act. She was here for a job. We should all be professionals. She demanded respect.
Honestly taking charge like that I admired.
Her idea was fresh. None of us would've thought to interview the fans before a free show.
Nobody in the business would have either. We as a band prided ourselves with being fresh and original. She had thought of the most original idea. Hiring her was definitely a smart move.
It was hot she obvious knew how to stand her ground but the fact she was still a total bitch with a slick mouth didn't change that in some degree we wanted her to pay.
A little retribution for her past articles. let her know we don't easily forget you're just good at what you do.
When Matt came up with the idea over breakfast to plaster her room with her reviews and articles all of us minus Brooks liked the idea. Brooks wanted no part.
Then of course Kat told Matt if he took part shed smack the dog shit out of him. Knowing Kat she would. But he had given Brian Johnny and I the idea. We could execute it.
We printed all of her articles the night before. Eventually she would leave her room.
Johnny got her room key. Not sure how he managed that one but he did.
Desiree's room was next to mine so I could to tell when she left it. I figured my chance would be when she left to head to the venue.
It came much earlier when I watched her grab her laptop and I waited a few minutes following her out.
I texted Brian and Johnny telling them go for it and I'd keep her busy.
I walked down into the lobby looking for her finding her seated in the cafe with a big cup of coffee.
