I didn't realize just how much I had missed Desiree until I had her back. I didn't realize just how full she made my house feel.

Waking up to her every morning was amazing, even if the first week I had to practically force her into bed with me

For instance while we drove to get her belongings from the Sullivans I ordered food for us to be delivered, and when we got home, all she did was vomit. I felt terrible for her. She couldn't even smell the food and I had to eat outside to keep her from getting sick.

Then when it was time for bed, she went into the guest room making up the bed. I had to bring carry her into my room and tuck her into bed to make her stay

I kind of liked she was being difficult, it was a turn on. Plus it showed she valued herself much more than at the time I did. I honestly didn't deserve her, and with a lot of apologizing I finally won her over.

I finally understood why as of late it was difficult for Matt to leave the house. I didn't want to leave Dez's side. I felt like she needed me all the time. I felt like because she was carrying my child, and because I loved her so much, so much more every day, that I should do everything. That all she should do was lay in bed and relax.

Of course just like Kat she wasn't having it, and neither were our schedules. We had a tour to plan, tons of interviews, plus I had a lot going on the VU, so just staying with her really wasn't an option.

I looked over at her sleeping soundly as I got out of my shower getting ready for my day, she looked so beautiful. Desiree was really beginning to show. Especially in her tight tank top. You could clearly make out a baby bump. I loved it, I loved my unborn child, I loved seeing her carry it.

Just like I thought pregnancy suited her. She carried it well. So well, that I just wanted to curl up to her back in bed. Wrapping her and our little bump in my arms, where I knew they were safe.

But I knew I couldn't so I got dressed quietly, not wanting to wake her. She was always tired when she wasn't sick, so I knew she needed her rest.

I leaned down and softly kissed her cheek, watching as her eyes fluttered open.

"Morning beautiful" I smiled kissing the tip of her nose "I'm heading out, I have some stuff to do at VU"

"Okay" Dez sighed  "Will you be gone a long time?"

"I hope not" I smiled "Go back to sleep"

Desiree just nodded yawning, I knew she would probably would be back to sleep before I made it out of the driveway.

"I love you" I whispered to her

"Love you" She mumbled sleepily yawning again.

I drove to VU wishing the whole way I could just go home.

When I pulled in I really wanted to go home, the last person I wanted to see was standing against their car parked in my spot.

"Leave" I snarled slamming my car door shut.

"Aw" She giggled "Beastly don't be like that"

"How"I demanded "How in the fuck did you even get in here Rachel?"

"Same codes" She shrugged grinning "You're a creature of habit"

"Leave now" I hissed again

"I just want to talk" Rachel whimpered

"Why?" I asked "What more can you say or do? I mean you tried to ruin Kat and Matt's vow renewal ceremony. You also attempted to sabotage my relationship. What else could be said?"
