The three of us are sitting down. "I swear to god, Nash said it straight out. He really fucking likes her."
Ethan narrows his eyes. "Why would or should we believe you?"
"Why the fuck would I lie about this!? She's my best friend!"
"No! She's my best friend, you little-"
"Ari, it's okay." Ethan says softly.
Ari looks furious.
"Look, I'm not asking you to trust me. I'm asking you to help convince Bailey and Grayson to get off at the first stop and to not go back on. Hoping Nash doesn't get to her first, of course."
"I may miss him, but I'm not going to fucking ruin my brother's trip for you."
"Do you want the fucking proof!?" I ask, highly fed up wit being called a fucking liar.
"Yes." They both say together.
I pull my phone out, unlock it, and click on messages. Nash and I's conversation immediately pops up on my screen.

"Do you understand now?" I ask, a little annoyed.
"Yeah..." They both reply.
"He's fucking dead." Ethan says seriously, pulling his phone up. Ari pulls her phone out too.
I bite on the inside of my cheek.
"Grayson!" Ethan says thankfully. He puts the phone on speaker phone. "Hey bud, look, I hope you're enjoying your cruise but I really fucking need you home."
