Greyson sat up, and put his hand to his head. Squeezing his eyes shut.
“Greyson?” I sat up, worried. “..You all right?”
“Yeah, yeah...just, dizzy.” He got up, and walked into his bathroom, closing the door without another word.
Natalie gave me a confused look, I just shrugged.
The rest of the day after that, as we were all still sitting in Greyson’s room talking, Grey was acting strange. He sat in the corner, just looking at the wall across from him. Eventually, he was laying with his cheek on the wood floor. I sat on the floor next to him, rubbing his back. He wouldn’t talk, and I was getting worried.
“Greyson? Whats wrong?”
“Head hurts.” He scooted up and rested his head on my knee. I moved the hair from his face and kissed his forehead.
“What can I do?” I asked. He didn’t answer. “Grey...” I frowned.
Everyone else was watching him. I got up, he rolled over on the ground, facing the other way. I walked out of the room, pulling Cody by the shirt with me. I waited until we were in the hallway with the door closed to speak.
“I’m worried.”
“I think we all are..” Cody started.
“No. You don’t get it, we still have to watch out for his coma. he’s not recovered yet Cody. Too much is going on for him.”
Cody’s phone vibrated. He took it out.
“I gotta take this..its my manager, hang on..” In the other room, I could hear Greyson’s phone ringing too. Confused, I watched Cody’s face change as he was talking on the phone.
“Thats not a good idea.....I know, I understand, but he’s sick.....theres more to it then that.....no its not a one day thing.....theres a few personal issues here....no i can’t tell you, i said it was personal....fine. .....yeah. sure. .....” Cody hung up. “Your not going to like this.” Cody looked up at me.
“..What is it?”
“They still want him to tour with me.”
I shook my head. “Not now, he couldn’t..”
“Then you come.” Cody raised an eyebrow.
“No thanks Cody.” I started walking down the stairs.
“I can’t go on tour alone. Its supposed to be me and Greyson, you two could switch off so he’s not over doing it.” Cody followed me.
“I can’t sing.” I frowned and walked into the kitchen.
“Yes, you can. I’ve heard you.” Cody smiled. “You can play guitar too, I showed you. Greyson taught you piano...”
“I’m not making a decision without him, and I’m not bringing it up now Cody.” I searched through pill bottles in the cabinet, frowning when I couldn’t find the right one. I went into the living room, looking everywhere.
“Where are Greyson’s pain killers the doctor gave him?” I looked up at Cody.
“Ahh,” He looked around.
“Looking for these?” Lauren had snuck up behind us, holding Greyson’s pill bottle.
“Yeah. Give it here.” I held out my hand. She laughed.
“And why should I?”
“Because Greyson needs them.” I stepped forward. “Give them to me.”
“Not even going to say please? What if your baby hears you? Tisk tisk tisk.” She shook her head. My heart stopped. So she knew?
“I don’t know what your talking about.” I said too quickly.
She threw her head back and laughed. She looked at me, throwing the bottle to me. I caught it and glared at her.
“Watch your back. I’m capable of more then you’d think.” She said through her teeth, and left.
I turned to Cody, who was standing there in as much shock as I was.
