“RACHEL, GREYSON, GET UP YOU LAZY BUTTS.” Cody yelled while banging on the wall. I groaned and rolled over, opening my eyes, Greyson smiled at me.
“Good morning Love,” He kissed my forehead and jumped out of the bunk. “Cody quit hitting the wall, you look stupid.” Greyson laughed. I smiled and slid out of the bunk,   and screamed, falling to the ground.
The second my feet hit the ground my stomach felt like someone shoved a knife it in. It hurt, way worse then anything I’ve ever felt.
Greyson rushed over panicking, I couldn’t think straight. I felt like I was going to throw up. I couldn’t breath at all. It was unbearable.
“Rachel?” Greyson sat on the floor next to me. I crawled into his lap and buried
my face in his chest. “Rachel, are you all right?”
I took a deep breath and wiped my eyes. I didn’t even realize I was crying.
“Yeah, I’m fine,” I slowly stood up, the pain had gone as quick as it came.
    “You sure?”
“Yeah, I’m sure,” I let out a breath.
Greyson slowly stood up, watching me carefully.
“Greyson. I said I was fine...”
“I know.” He said it slowly, quietly. “I was just thinking of how long this has to go on.”
    “What has to go on?”
“This,” He waved his hands at me, “Is it worth it Rachel? You’ve still got 8 months left of this.”
“The pain will be worth it. Trust me Greyson. I have a good feeling about this-”
“But I don’t! I don’t want to lose you, or the baby, but I feel like I can only choose one!”
I put my arms around his neck and brought his face close to mine.
“Why Greyson? We’re both here now, so why not focus on that?” I kissed him, a while had gone by before I felt someone tap my shoulder, I pulled away from Greyson and turned around. To my surprise, it was Lisa.
“Hey..I’m sorry I’ve been acting so immature.” She sighed.
“Its ok, I understand,” I smiled at her.
“I wanted to make it up to you, and I heard you read the letter you got...and then I heard Greyson and you talking last night..” She stopped for a second. “I hope you don’t mind, but I looked up your brother, and I think I may have found him.”
    My jaw dropped, “Really?!”
    “You were from Maine, right?”
    I nodded and smiled.
“Then there is a really good chance its him. But there’s a problem...”
    “What is it..?”
“He said he wanted to be in the military? Well..he is. Right now.”
My heart stopped. I thought for a second. I really couldn’t think of anything to say to that.
“...Do you know when he gets out?” Greyson asked.
Lisa smiled at this, she looked me in the eyes, “Actually, tomorrow.”
“You’re kidding!” I smiled again. Then stopped, it didn’t matter if he was home tomorrow. I still wouldn’t be able to see him until Greyson’s tour got closer to Maine.
“No, I’m not kidding..the tour starts in Massachusetts. Obviously neither you or Cody checked the tour dates,” She looked at Greyson for a second the back to me. “I thought maybe, if you were ready, you could meet him. I spoke to his wife, Emily - she’s really sweet, and she’s going to pick him up at 3:30.”
I just stood there smiling like an idiot. Greyson smiled at me and kissed my cheek.
“Well, What are you waiting for? Pack you silly goose,” Greyson said and smiled then left to get his things.
