Megan's POV
I woke up to the sun shining through the curtains, I carefully moved Grayson off me not waking him up. I was thirsty so I decided to go down to the lobby to get a drink.

I caught the elevator down to the bottom floor and walked to the dining area.

And then I saw it.

Him.

I raced back up to the hotel room where Grayson was sleeping.

"Grayson!" I yelled as I shook him making him instantly wake up.
"Look at me! We have to leave!" I yelled.
"Megan, What's going on?" He asked me confused.
"He's here Grayson. He found us already." I said as I cupped his face with my hands.

I pulled Grayson out of the bed and dragged him down the corridor.
"Grayson listen to me. You have to do exactly what I tell you okay?" I said forcefully. Now was not the time to be scared. He just nodded.

"You are gonna leave through that door and grab a taxi. He hasn't seen your face yet so you will be fine. I am gonna try my best to get out of here. Get the taxi to the nearest train station okay? I'll meet you there as soon as I can." I said.

"Megan, I can't just leave you." He said as if he wasn't going to do it.
"Your not leaving me, Grayson. Nobody is leaving anyone. I will get to you, I promise." With that I brought him close to me and kissed his cheek. I hugged him tightly and then pushed him away.
"Go." I said coldly, as I turned my back to him.

He left.
Now I just have to think of a plan to get out of here.

I went back up to the room and locked the door. I opened a window.
"I can't believe I'm about to do this." I whispered to myself.

I swung myself out of the window and landed on a ledge. I then proceeded to do that all the way down the different levels of the hotel. We were quite high up in the hotel.
Every time I let go and jumped off the safety of the ledge, I had a mini heart attack.

I have been chased over rooftops before and got away so I guess you could kind of say I'm a pro at parkour.

I made it to the ground and sighed in relief, little did I know it wasn't over yet. A man came behind me and covered my mouth with his hand. He had grabbed both of my hands and held them behind my back. I needed to act quickly if I wanted to get away.

I kicked my leg back and ripped one of my hands free from his grasp. I then proceeded to throw a 6 foot man straight over my shoulder, making him land on his back and groan in pain.

I started running as fast as I could down an alley to be stopped with a fist connecting to my jaw. I jumped to my feet and fought off the man. I knocked him unconscious and searched to see what weapons he had. I took 2 knifes from his pockets and hid them in my jacket. I then left him lying in the middle of the alley as I continued running.

Just as I was making my way back onto the street, I was pinned up against a building, a knife held to my throat.

What I saw next killed me. There he stood.

Grayson.

He was across the street from me. He could see everything.
I didn't want him to have to see this.

I grabbed the knife from my jacket and switched positions with the man as I brought him to his knees. I was about to stab him when I looked up at Grayson. His eyes were wide with fear. I knew I couldn't do it in front of him.

Instead I just slammed his head against the building we were next to and kicked him. I had knocked him out.

I looked both ways down the street, I didn't see anyone so I made a run for it. I ran into a grocery store when I saw that Grayson was following me.

I went to the middle of the store and stopped. Grayson was right behind me.

I quickly turned around and grabbed him by his collar. I brought his face close to mine, our noses were brushing.

"I told you to leave." I spat and then pushed him away from me.
"You know I couldn't just do that, Megan."

"Quit with the bullshit Grayson. Your going home right now, you are going to get yourself fucking killed. I told you to do one thing, one fucking thing Grayson. I didn't know what was going to happen, it could have been life or death just like I told you. If I hadn't picked up that knife, we both could have been dead right now." I scolded.

I pulled out the knife and grabbed Grayson's collar again. I held the knife to his throat.
"I'm a monster, Grayson. I would have killed him, you're the only reason I didn't." I said as I removed the knife from his throat and started walking away.

I saw Grayson touch his neck where the knife had just been.
"We need to go somewhere private. Follow me." I said.

I lead Grayson into the disabled toilets. As soon as he closed the door behind us I pinned him up against the wall with the knife to his throat.

"If this happens never lean backwards away from the knife, slowly start to lean into it." I said as I looked into his eyes. He just stood frozen.

"Grayson! Fucking do it!" I whisper yelled. He started to lean against the knife. I grabbed his hand in mine and made him grab my arm.
"You grab here and twist that way, but lean into them as you do this. Squeeze their hand and the knife will drop." I said as I showed him.

I then pinned him against the wall again.
"Do it." I said and he just froze again.
"Grayson! Don't make me fucking ask again!" I yelled as I hit his back against the wall.

I had to be hard on him or he will never learn.
He did what I showed him and as soon as he was done he had a smile on his face.
"I did it!" he said happily.
I quickly pulled the other knife out and dropped him to his knees as I tiled his head back and placed the knife under his chin.

"Never expect someone to only have one weapon." I said coldly.
He just nodded and gulped. I then released my grip on him harshly and he fell to the ground. I pulled him to his feet and slid my hand around his back, I then stuffed a knife in his pants as I stared into his eyes.

When the knife was secure I walked out of the toilets. Grayson followed.
"Next time you listen, or I'll be the one to kill you, pretty boy." I said as we walked out of the store.
