(Song of the Chapter: Deja Vu)
Song Artist: Post Malone ft. Justin Bieber
A feeling of accomplishment filled my body.
Lisa: I'm ready.
Spencer's eyes had gone wide. I, myself, turned to face the Lisa I once knew and fell in love with. She was an angel, a gift from the heavens above. I felt the air thicken with heat. Is it just me, or is it smoking hot in here? Spencer patted my back, still staring at Lisa.
Spencer: I'll be right back.
He casually walked to her, pulling her hand and spinning her for a dip. They both leaned in and kissed. As much as I wanted to look away, my eyes were glued to that spot. I stiffened with anger, my hand twitching nonstop.
Y/N: Cut it out, you two. We have work to do.
Once they pulled away, I purposely rammed my shoulder into Spencer's as I was walking to the backdrop. I didn't even look back to apologize. The constant clacking of heals followed behind me. I signaled for my best photographer to come over.
Y/N: Ian, get over here! I need you to do me a favor and show me some of your best photography skills.
Ian was a bit of a nerd, but his pictures were art, breathtaking. A picture is worth a thousand words, I've heard people say.
Ian: You got it, Y/N!
He's the only person I allow to call me by my first name.
Y/N: Lisa, this is Ian. Ian, this is Lisa.
Ian: Actually–
I saw them look at each other, as if they knew one another. Am I missing something here?
Y/N: No time for greetings. Chop, chop.
Ian: Lisa, could you please center yourself on that mark on the platform?
Lisa stood on the mark.
Lisa: Is this good?
Ian: Perfect. Now, do me another favor and position your hand like this.
Ian demonstrated how he wanted Lisa to position her hands. Lisa attempted to do it.
Ian: No, no. Like this. Let me help you.
Ian went to Lisa and grabbed her hand, slipping them down to her waist. They both locked eyes. Their hands were still touching. If it wasn't for Spencer's jealousy, my head would've exploded.
Spencer: Ehm, don't you have a photo shoot to run?
Ian: Right.
He slips his hands into his pockets and goes back to his spot behind the camera.
Ian: Tilt your head down and slightly look to that corner over there.
She positioned her head so that she was looking to the left of her, right over her shoulder. Ian snapped a few pictures. She's a natural, natural beauty and talent right there. She's definitely modeling material.
Ian: You're a natural! Give me more!
I caught Lisa blushing at his words. Does she have a thing for my photographer? This can't be happening! I don't approve! I wave my hands around, signaling from them to stop.
Y/N: Okay, okay that's enough for that theme. Next one! Lets go, Lisa.
Lisa walked by and whispered into Ian's ear. I rushed past them and heard part of their conversation.
Lisa: Is she usually like this?
Ian: Not unless she's jealous.
Lisa: Jealous, huh? Good, I like it that way.
Ian: Do you–
That's all I heard. I wonder what he was going to say. They seem awfully close, too close. . . . .
Do Ian and Lisa know each other?
What is he to her?
