I slowly unraveled the ribbon off the box. I was surprised to see what was inside. Encased inside the box was a watch and a plane ticket. Jumping up and down in joy I hugged mom like I've never done before. I was flying all the way back to Germany, my home. Where sadness never existed, just happiness. Where dreams came true. Where Lisa and Lena lived!
Y/N: Thank you so much, mom and dad!
Y/M: You should pack, sweetie.
Y/N: I will! I love you guys so much!
I ran back into my room and plopped my suitcase onto my bed. I grabbed everything I needed: clothes, bathroom appliances, my electronics, and last but not least, a frame from my desk. It was a picture I brought with me everywhere. It was a bit old and crumpled, torn at some of the edges. It was of me and my two beautiful best friends: Lisa and Lena. They always brought the biggest smiles out of me and they knew how to make me laugh. I was going to find them and we would reunite. We'd be the best of friends again. I just knew it! What I didn't know was that they've already moved on from me. . . . .
I was already on the plane ride to Germany. It was 8:30 in the evening. The stars were shining bright in the night sky. I knew that somewhere around the world, other people were staring at the same stars I stared at. Somewhere around the world, Lisa and Lena were waiting for me to return. Somewhere around the world, someone was waiting for a star to fall, a miracle to happen. . . . .
My plane landed in Stuttgart, Germany. I was about to continue on my mission, my mission to find and reconnect with Lisa and Lena. People would say I'm obsessed with them, but I say I'm just... just in love. Love can make you do crazy stupid things, but love is worth all the pain you get in return. I was in love with my two best friends: Lisa and Lena. And, I was coming back to relive all the memorable things we've created. I'm finally home. . . . .
