She enjoys watching me get jealous? So, she's acting all flirty with Ian to get to me? Two can play that game. I'm not going to let her have the satisfactory of making me jealous. Why, do I still love her after all these years? I can't be with her, even if I wanted to because she's married and she has a child of her own. But, look at their marriage; it's so unhealthy. They're no doing any good. I wonder if it kills Charlie to see his parents like this.
Lisa's POV:
Ian: Do you still have feelings for her?
Lisa: What, no! Never, I can't. Ian, I'm married as you can see and I already have a son with Spencer!
I showed off my hand which had my engagement ring.
Ian: So, you do have feelings for her?
Ian exhales loudly, ruffling his light brown hair.
Ian: Don't you ever feel like you chose the wrong person to spend the rest of your life with? I mean look at you. You can't even hold a conversation with your own husband without it turning into some kind of argument. I mean it's bad enough that he abuses you at home, when Charlie's off to school! Open your eyes, Lisa! There is some many other people in the world who appreciate you for who you are!
All eyes were on the both of us. The warm ray of eyes seeped through my tan skin. I tugged on Ian's arm, leading him away from the crowd of spectating models in the studio. He jerked his arm from my hand.
Lisa: Why, are you suddenly acting like this? You're starting to sound like Y/N!
Ian: Well, maybe I'm just tired of trying to open your eyes, Lisa! Have you not noticed how hard I've been trying to make you realize that I'm here for you? I'll always be here for you, Lisa because that's how much I love you. I love you and I always have. It all started our sophomore year in Highschool; I was just that dork, that nerd in the hallways who constantly got pushed around by jocks like Spencer, but you were there for me and all my problems seemed to disappear. I had something worth fighting for, living for because you're that special, Lisa. You mean the world to me and you don't even know it. That's when I realized I was in love with you. So, that's why I'm acting like this. I have listened to you complain and rant on and on about how– how much Spencer hurts you! You don't have to stay and take all of the pain anymore, Lisa– and don't you dare give me that Charlie bullsh*t as an excuse. You deserve to be happy with someone who loves you. I'm not saying I'm the one. I don't care if you don't choose me in the end. What matters to me is your happiness. So, do what makes you happy, Lisa. And, if it's being with me, then be with me. And, if it's being with Y/N, then be with her. And, if you really do love Spencer, then be with him, but don't let him trample over you like you're just a piece of garbage because you're way more than that. I'll always be here, waiting till the end for you to notice me as more than just your– your stupid nerdy best friend from Highschool! Because true love, Lisa– waits for all of eternity.
I have mixed emotions right now. My guy best friend from Highschool had always been in love with me? What! For some reason, I feel like kissing him right now. Maybe, I just feel so lonely. I miss the feeling of being touched.
Lisa: I can just kiss you right now.
Ian: What's stopping you?
He flashed me a smile that showed his perfect white rows of teeth. He caressed my cheek with his hand, the other pressed on my lower back. We slowly glanced down at each other lips, leaning in slowly. Perfect, just perfect. The perfect kiss I've longed for. Our tongues swirled in each other's mouths, exploring this whole new domain.
Ian's POV:
I've always dreamed of this moment. Maybe, I actually have a chance. Our kiss was briefly interrupted by a gravitational pull backwards. These large hands twirled me around and socked me right in the face. Blood gushing out of the bridge of my nose. I'm pretty sure it's broken. Oh, how much it burns, like hell! I clamped my nose, trying to stop the bleeding. Next thing I know, Lisa was pinned onto the wall. A hand grasped her chin and a finger pointed at her face. Spencer was as angry as a bull, but he doesn't scare me. Okay, maybe just a little. I charged towards him and pulled him off of Lisa, plunging my knuckle into his jaw. He stumbled back into Y/N. He came back at me and socked me in the gut and in return I punched him back. My knuckles scratched up and bloody. I shook off the pain, trying to act like it was nothing.
Back to Y/N's POV:
What in the world is going on? Ian and Spencer going at it left and right, but–
Did you witness the "magical" kiss?
Does Lisa have feelings for Ian
                                         or
was the kiss just the heat of the moment?
