Y/N: You again! Are you going to bump into me again and blame me for my clumsiness?!?
Girl: Look, I'm sorry. I think we got off on the wrong foot. I'm...
I cut her off before she could say anything else.
Y/N: So, now you decide to apologize to me! You could've at least helped me up earlier!
Man: Hey, hey, hey... Let's not argue about this alright. Just accept her apology and then we're done here. We'll be problem and stress free.
Y/N: Who do you think you are?!? You can't just butt into our conversation! What, she can't speak or defend for herself?!?
Man: Watch your mouth! You filthy son of a...!
Girl: Stop! Just stop already! I respect your decision and if you won't forgive me then fine. I just want you to know that I'm truly sorry. Maybe just maybe you'll forgive me one day. I'll even give you this cab. Take it. It's the least I can do for you after what I did.
Y/N: I'll just get another taxi.
I seized the handle of my suitcase and began to walk away, I was pulled back by the girl.
Girl: No, please. I insist that you take the taxi with us as an apology.
Y/N: Okay, fine.
I went to the back of the taxi and loaded my suitcase into the trunk. I motioned for the man to hand me his stuff, but he decided to place it in himself. He was quite the well built man; I could definitely see why she fell for him. He shut the trunk and opened the doors for us ladies. What a gentleman!
Girl: Thanks, babe.
He smiled in return instead of saying you're welcome. I thanked him and got inside myself after the girl went in. Once I sat down I flipped out my phone from my pocket and called my father. He finally picked up his phone after a few rings. I haven't heard his voice in a while.
-My dad and I's conversation on the phone-
Y/N: Guten Morgen, Vater.
English: Good morning, father.
Y/D: Guten Morgen! Angekommen haben Sie bereits?
English: Good morning! Have you arrived already?
Y/N: Ja, Ich verlasse den Flughafen jetzt.
English: Yes, I'm leaving the airport right now.
Y/N: Was ist Ihre Adresse wieder?
English: What is your address again?
Y/D: 3289 Einsheicker Fahrt. (Random btw)
English: 3289 Einsheicker Drive.
Y/N: Bis bald, Papa.
English: See you soon, Papa.
I ended the call and put my phone away. When I looked up I saw the girl staring at me.
Y/N: Is there a problem?
Girl: No, no. I just thought you spoke only English.
Y/N: Ich lebte in Deutschland, bis ich sechs Jahre alt war. Ich hatte die Sprache zu lernen.
English: I lived in Germany until I was six. I had to learn the language.
Girl: Nicht schlecht.
English: Not bad.
I grinned and replied.
Y/N: Danke schön.
English: Thank you very much.
Driver: Wohin?
Girl: 7415 Hoggendörf Fahrt. (Random btw)
English: 7415 Hoggendörf Drive.
Y/N: 3289 Einsheicker Fahrt.
English: 3289 Einsheicker Drive.
She looked at me immediately.
Y/N: What!
Girl: How long have you lived there?
Y/N: I lived there for six years.
Her eyes lit up when she heard me say that, but why? She was going to say something, but her boyfriend interrupted her before she could.
Man: I never got your name. I'm Spencer.
Y/N: I'm Y/N. Nice to meet you, Spencer. And, you are?
I stared back at the unknown girl and she stared back at me with this hopeful look.
Girl: I'm. . . . .
What was the girl's name and why'd she look
at you like that?
