The lost really wasn't lost

"Zane?"

"We need to find the birthday boy."

"Lloyd did you check the kitchen?"

"Yeah he wasn't there and he is not his our bedroom either."

"What about the training room, Kai?"

"Didn't see him in the training room."

"Where is that nindroid?"

"Lets ask Sensei."

"Already did."

"And what did he say, Cole?"

"Well, come to think of it he didn't say anything."

"So you just left!?"

"Of course! He was taking a nap!"

Lloyd laughed. "Good move Cole, good move."

I groaned. Of course Sensei was taking a nap.

"Maybe he went shopping with Nya?" Lloyd supplied.

"No, he isn't doorknob, Nya's back already." Kai rolled his eyes.

"I didn't know that, fatface!"

"Well now ya do know, turtlebreath!"

"Turtlebreath?"

"Yeah, afraid to challenge that, turtlebreath?"

Cole laughed. "Your guys insults are lame."

"Oh yeah, lamo?"

"Yeah, Donkeyfart!"

"I like that one!"

"Shut it turtlebreath!"

Ignoring my squabbling teammates, and being the mature one I am, I walked out onto the deck. Gazing at the sunset and watching the orange glow from the sun reflect on the peaceful water, I sighed.

"Where are you Zane?"

I heard a caw and scanned the sky. Zane's falcon landed on the safety railing in front of me. It clawed once more and flapped its wings.

"Heya, Buddy. Do you know where Zane is at?"

The falcon cocked its head and looked at me.

"You know," I tried again. "Your friend? Zane the robot?"

"Nindroid." I heard a voice correct me. "And ya know... I might actually know where Zane is."

I turn around to find Cole leaning against the mast and Lloyd and Kai glaring at each other from a distance.

Something tells me Cole finished their conversation the hard way. Lloyd now has a black eye too, but the opposite of Kai's black eye.

I chuckled. Now they are truly brothers.

"Where, Cole."

Cole straighten his posture and pointed down. "There."

"Not in the ship Cole!" Kai said not taking his eye off Lloyd. "We already searched the whole ship."

"Maybe it's not the bounty we are supposed to search."

"What do you mean?" Lloyd asked glancing at the earth ninja. Kai took a step forward and soon Lloyd's eyes were back onto Kai.
