Lily's favorite time was sunrise. Normally she liked so sleep in as every normal human likes to do, but the occasional times she would wake up at the crack of dawn to watch the sun rise. And who else knew she loved to do this none other than James Potter.

It was Sunday morning, the days Lily would usually wake up to watch it, and she grabbed her cloak and headed to the top of the highest hill on Hogwarts grounds. Little did she know four boys were on her tail preparing for the most humiliating moment of their life.

"The things we do for Prongs," Remus muttered.

All three boys were dressed in white pants with a red and white candy cane striped jacket and top hats to match. They were a quartet but James was elsewhere. They grabbed the invisibility cloak and ran ahead to get ready for Lily.

"Here comes the sun," sang a high pitched, off key, voice.

Lily looked around but saw nobody.

"Here comes the sun," sang another, but deeper, voice.

"And I say."

"It's alright."

Lily continued on her walk, convincing herself it was just in her head.

Remus stood and entrance to the courtyard under James's cloak and quietly followed her. "Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter."

Sirius who had ran farther ahead hid behind one of the rocks, "Little darling, it feels like years since we've been here."

"Here comes the sun," Peter sang.

"Here comes the sun."

"And I say, it's alright!"

"Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces."

"Little darling, it feels like years since we've been here."

"SUN, SUN, SUN, here we come!"

They all joined together in the open by the hill where Lily could see them and they preformed their little dance and harmonized, "Here comes the sun, here comes the sun, and I say, it's alright..."

"Lovely boys," Lily said. "Care to join me?"

The three sat behind her and then James appeared.

Lily couldn't hold back her laughter. "Nice outfit Potter."

"The boys wouldn't let me out of it...Hope you liked the serenade."

"It was...nice. Flitwick would love to have you in his frog choir!"

The three made a face of disgust and slowly backed away.

"Isn't it beautiful?"

James looked at her and nodded, "Yeah..." But her gaze was on the sun peeking over the treetops of the Forbidden Forest. "You know what else would be beautiful? Our children."

Lily snorted.

"Come on! Think of it! They'd be gorgeous."

"Yeah yeah so I've been told."

"We can get a head start and practice for our honeymoon."

"Mhm I think I'd rather listen to the boys sing again."
