"I read this book in Muggle Studies called Snow White. Do you think there's a magic mirror that tells you compliments and grants wishes?" James asked curiously.
"Well we are wizards, so anythings possible," Remus answered. "But I think your ego is big enough."

"Magic Mirror on the wall, is Lily the one for me?" James asked the large golden mirror.
"That didn't even rhyme!" the Mirror snapped.
Sirius snickered, "He's got a point."
"Can you just answer my question?"
"Well I could say no and get your ugly face out of my vision, but I'll say yes just because I want to. I did it to the Evil Queen way back when and boy the drama was fantastic! She set out to kill this girl I didn't even know existed."
James stared at the mirror, "So...?"
"Yes. Lily is the one for you."
"Oi Evans!" James shouted running down the corridor. "Wanna go out? My magic mirror told me you'd say yes."
Lily didn't know what to think first. Should she turn him down or ask about the mirror. "...No."
                              "You hesitated."
"Because you told me your magic mirror told you to ask me out."
"Well he must be right because I'm getting closer to you saying yes!"
