James came up behind Lily who was sitting in the library and snatched her book. "Lily don't you get tired of reading?" he asked, flipping carelessly through the book. 

"No, it expands the mind."

"Well it's boring." He sat down across from her and set the book on his lap. "I've acquired a new skill." She rose and eyebrow and he took it as a cue to keep going. "I can read minds."

"Oh? What am I thinking right now?" 

"How you want to go on a date with me so badly."

"No. I was thinking you should give me my bloody book back you git!" She snatched her book back and hit him on the arm.
