Elle Hopper, Michael Wheeler, Dustin Henderson, Lucas Sinclair and Will Hopper were at the boys senior prom as Nancy was chauffeuring for her and Mike's mother.
Total Eclipse of the Heart then came on over the speaks in the high school gym, making Elle's eyes sparkle with excitement and Mike, a blush over his cheeks.
"Hey, El, you wanna dance." The rest of the boys call her Elle where as Mike still called her by the first name she ever got after escaping the lab.
The small, sweet, telepathic young woman smiled and took Mike's hand and the two walked to the dance floor and Elle wrapped her arms around Mike's neck and Mike's arms wrapped around Elle's waist.
"You look really beautiful, Elle." Mike said, and a blush ran up her cheeks.
"Thank you, Mikey. You look really handsome." Elle smiled, making yet another blush running up Mike's cheeks.
