"The Speed Cannon." Jay introduced as we all walked into the basement.
"Wow! Look at that." Cisco muttered in amazement as we all took in what Jay has just created. "Dude, you actually built the thing."
"Mr. Garrick, I am quite impressed by what you've accomplished during my recent wellness hiatus." Professor Stein complimented.
Cisco looked up at the breach eagerly before turning to Jay. "Have you tested it out yet?"
"Not yet. You wanna do the honors?" Jay asked and Cisco immediately began to search throughout the room for something that he could throw into the breach.
"No, no, no, no. Now that I, uh now that I am back to optimum health, please allow me." Professor Stein said as he picked up Caitlin's purse from the table. Seeing the it was her's she took a step forward but it was already too late as Professor Stein threw it into the breach.
"I don't see you getting that back any time soon." I told her as it disappeared into the breach.
"Excelsior!" Professor Stein exclaimed in excitement.
"How did you stabilize it?" I asked Jay wondering how he was able to figure it out so quickly.
"CFL Quark Matter."
"Ah, negative energy density with positive surface pressure." Cisco muttered in disbelief. "It's genius."
"You created CFL Quark Matter?" Barry questioned all of us clearly impressed with what Jay has just done.
"It's something we perfected on my Earth. I'll show you sometime."
"You mean, sometime in the next few minutes?" Stein asked him.
Jay's face fell a little as he realized that he was now fully capable of going back to his earth. "Oh, yeah I guess this is it, huh? Time for me to go back home."
"Right now?" Caitlin exclaimed quickly causing all of us to look at her. "I mean we still need your help with the Breachers."
"My first priority is Zoom." He reminded her as he looked back at the blue breach. "I need to find out what he's up to. How he stole my speed."
"But you can do that here and, you know, if you go back, then we can't get in touch with you when we need your help or with Zoom or whatever else." Caitlin argued, the rest of us looked at each other in amusement as we realized what was going on. I elbowed Barry signaling for him to do something as he quickly nodded stepping up.
"It would be nice to be able to pick your brain every once in a while, get some more speedster tips." Barry spoke up, and Jay slowly nodded in agreement.
"Okay once we take care of Zoom, I'm going home."
Hearing this a smile quickly spread across Caitlin's face. "That's fair."
"Good, cause I could use a shower, a shave, and some sunlight. I'll, uh, see you later." Jay directed mostly to Caitlin as he left the basement.
"So, Professor Stein, how are you feeling?" Caitlin asked him as he smiled softly.
"Well, uh, it appears that a little rest heals all maladies. I..,I couldn't feel..." Professor Stein slowly began to cough his face showing that he was clearly in pain.
"Professor?" Caitlin questioned as the both of us took a step towards him.
Barry pulled all of us back as he protectively stood in front of us. "No, no, no, no get back."
