Ash and I woke up at 6 and snuck into Alex and Tobin's room.
Us: Happy Birthday Alex!
Alex: oh my god! what the hell you scared the crap out of me
Tobin: and you woke me up at 6:05 when I have 40 more minutes to sleep.
Me: well bye
Alex: thank you and I will get you back!
Ash: good luck with that
Ashlyn and I went back to our room and I set up my desk. I had a couple emails from Nike, Beats, and Apple wanting posts. I also had one from Anson but I didn't have time to open it. Ashlyn and I went down to breakfast and fixed our plates.
Ali: so what did you make on your EOC and ACT?
Me: excellent on both EOCs and a 34.
Ash: damn, what about Brad?
Me: he had excellent and a 34 too.
Alex: geez
Ash: well come on Baby Horse we still need to change
Ashlyn and I got up and grabbed our clothes. We went to our rooms and changed.
Me: dang it Al
Ash: what'd she do?
Me: she switched my shorts with a medium
Ash: well roll and tie them because we don't have time to go back
I put them on and rolled them. Ashlyn tied them for me and we headed down to the gym.
Ash: yeah I can almost see your cheeks Baby Horse
Me: ow keep your pinching hands to your-self.
As we walked in I glare at Alex as she laughed. We did warmups and then our workouts. After we finished we went to lunch. Dawn called Hope and I to her office after we ate.
Dawn: So we analyzed the results and it showed that your metabolism has been stable with the drinks. We have made another plan to put you on
Me: or how long?
Dawn: well until after the Olympics. We don't want to risk you losing more weight and we're not sure if you would gain at a steady pace.
Hope: so?
Dawn: so we are going to have you eating around 5,940 calories a day and two drinks a day.
Me: okay
Dawn: the days that you aren't super active we can cut down but during your high school camp it's important that you do.
Me: alright
Dawn let us go and we headed to the vans. We went to the field and changed into our cleats. We did warmups and then did some simple drills. We finished up for the day and headed back to the hotel. We ate dinner and then talked.
Me: Hope can you untie these?
Hope: geez Baby Horse, why are rolled?
Me: Well Alex thought it would be funny to switch mine for a medium.
Hope: who tied these?
Me: Ash
Hope: well ask her because I can't
Ali: oh come here I'll get it.
Ali untied them and I went up to my room to shower. I put on my shorts and a t-shirt. We had movie night in Alex's room. We had birthday cake and then went to our rooms and went to bed.
